I've liked the look of Hey Dude's but have a larger foot so I was never able to get them wide enough. On a whim, I bought Ariat Hilo in extra wide. I was skeptical but to my surprise, they fit. I do have a bunion problem on one foot and that shoe was a tad tight in that area but stretched enough after a few wears that it became comfortable. I also like the stretch laces on these. I've had many compliments on this shoe. People ask if they are Hey Dude's and of course I say NO. They are better. Since I can't compare the fit, I compare the make. The quality of Ariat Hilo is so much superior to the HD's. I liked them SO much I bought a second pair. And then I ventured out and bought a pair of Hilo 360. And then I bought a second pair of Hilo 360. Looking forward to new colors, I'm hooked and will continue buying.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever owned, easy on and off. I wear a size 11 mens in boots, same with the Hilo, true to size. Competitors don't come close, great go wrong with ariat for style and comfort.

My husband works where he stands on concrete all day and he has neuropathy as well. When he gets home or on the weekends he really likes how these shoes have comfortable insoles and cushion that tailors around your foot. The other slip on shoes he has doesn't have the insoles or tread like this shoe.

These have become my Dailey running round after work footwear. Super easy to slide,super comfortable. All around good buy.

Put these shoes on and they felt comfortable from the start. Great fit and true to size. Like the color I got cushion bottom is great for long walks.

These are great! Nice and comfortable out of the box. I got the same size as I wear in my Ariat boots. Fit perfect but I dont wear socks with them. Might want a 1/2 size bigger if youre going to wear socks.

This was my second Hilo shoe but the first with strings. Very light weight and comfortable

Super light without being garbage low density foam. Nice support. I can wear these all day and still feel good unlike the dudes. Shoe is comfortable with or without socks also. Ill be rotating my other dude style shoes out and buying more of this shoe.

By far the most comfortable slip on's Ive ever owned. They hold up to the Ariat standard! Will be buying another pair soon.

Got these for my husband who was used to wearing boots for work. Hasnt touched his boots since he got these. Says they are extremely comfortable and good for the Hot Texas weather. Like walking on clouds. Got another pair, canvas, which he likes too, but wish they had more leather options because he definitely feels these aren more comfortable.

Nice shoe. Very comfortable and lightweight. U don't feel tired throughout the day
