Very comfortable socks and they don't ride down. I wear them for primarily for walking. I wear a women's 9.5 shoe, so I ordered size large to have more toe room.

I use these for trail walk/run. I prefer zero cushion when running. They keep my feet from feeling overly sweaty and uncomfortable. I'm obsessed with Smartwool. Nothing bad to say.

I use these socks on runs, hikes, and mountain biking. I find the zero cushion wool ideal for preventing blisters and keeping my feet happy in wet or dry weather.

I love my smartwool socks! These socks are a perfect fit, yet they are breathable and don't feel suffocating on your feet. I use them for everyday activities as well as running and hiking. I've had the same style sock for over a year second hand to me now and there is minimal wear on them. They are still just as comfy. This price point is a little high for what I normally go for, but I recently bought a new pair because I loved them so much. Great quality, highly recommend (:

At first I was a bit worried about how thin these socks are (super thin!) because I'm used to running in thicker socks, but they were really comfortable and I didn't even notice them while running. I've been running in a lot of cold and wet weather and haven't had a problem with my feet getting cold or soaked.

I wore these to run a marathon and actually qualified for Boston in then! These were wonderful and so comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I love these socks! They are super warm and comfortable. They wash and wear like a dream! I own several pairs. Colors are great. They are pricey but well worth the cost. I try to buy them on sale. I highly recommend them.

FINALLY!!! A pair of socks that are actually truly not padded. Now, I like the slightly padded ones, but needed a super cool but woolen pair and these are fantastic!! Love them for hiking on hot summer days where I truly need the material of wool in my perfect fit backpacking boots...LOVE THESE!! Thanks Smartwool!

I bought these after i went on a backpacking trip through the enchantments, got my previous socks wet while crossing streams, and was subsequently miserable as they never dried. I wanted thin but comfortable and durable socks for hiking and trail running. I have used these for many hikes since and for a 5 mile trail run and they are thin but comfortable, very fast drying, and have held up nicely! They dont have as much cushion as my other socks but that is the price you pay for quick dry. Love these!

Padded socks make for less stability. I like that these are not bulky or squishy.

Love smartwool socks! Have worn them for training for a Half Ironman (both running and biking) and they are holding up well.

Great work sock

I have always stayed away from wool because I can't wear cashmere or anything with wool because I find it too irritating on my skin BUT Smartwool is completely different. The socks are soft and comfortable. I can wear them several times before washing. They keep my feet dry and they don't hold any smell. I absolutely love them.

My favorite socks for biking, walking and daily wear in summer.
