Very comfortable and warm. Great for casual wear.

Not the quality leather I expected. Fit is off. Rubber sole is cheap looking.

I have a narrow foot and these were much too wide. Even though I ordered a 1/2 size smaller than my ideal size.

This boot is so comfortable! Definitely one I could wear all day and walking extra miles. I am a true 9.5 and I have plenty of space for thick or thin socks. One can never go wrong with a Kenneth Cole Gentle Soul shoe!

Comfortable! I am a flight attendant that is on my feet for 12+ hour shifts for multiply days and love these boots.

So comfortable without any breaking-in required. The color is less shiny than it looked in the images, which is nice. I also have these in black. I love them.

These are so comfortable and stylish. However, they are not practical for my needs. I bought another Gentle Soul bootie

Good looking boot, but not enough cushioning in the foot bed (and not a removable insole). Would probably be fine for someone who doesn't have sensitive feet.

I'm so disappointed these are not going to work for me. The fit is just a little off. Seems the heel bed is too short, causing the boot to slip up/down as I walk. Besides that I love the style, and overall quality.

The boots were of good quality, were comfortable, but the left boot was a full 1/2 size larger than the right. So, I had to return them.

The toe-box runs shallow. I have to return. I even tried sizing up a half size but that size was way to big. Some GS shoes have a very cushioned footbed but this is not one of them :(
