Very happy about connecting with Toms app. We have been wearing for several years, multiple members of the family. The convenience is great with online shopping. Selection of products is always outstanding

I bought these as a birthday gift for my husband and he loves them! Perfect fit and he likes the ease of removing the insoles so he can replace, if needed.

This shoe was tight at first, which is a common note in many other reviews, but the material does stretch after a short time and conformed to my feet. This is important because I am flat footed and generally need a wider shoe. This pair, while tight and restrictive at first, became very comfortable after I walked around in them for a while. The insoles are excellent and did not need to be broken in.

Good fit (12M) and look. Easy on/off.

Quality of the product is not good

I've owned over 100 pairs of Tom's and for some reason these are just the most uncomfortable shoes I've purchased from Tom's in 15 years.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to wear my Toms as I was hoping to. I typically wear low socks and the heel of the shoes are so hard, I can't wear them. If I were to wear taller socks this might be ok, but I rarely wear those.

Sizing is fully off, I would go down one full size.

Purchased these shoes not knowing there was no refund available. Ordered a size 10 my normal size but what I received was marked a 10, but was more like a size 11 or 12. Won't ever order Tom's again
