Cute boots! Returned because they arrived scuffed up.

These boots bunched up around my ankles However, they are beautiful. Just not my type of boot. Sorry I had to return them

These boots are beautiful, but very narrow in calf area and the boots I received were used. That was like a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT to me.

These are too narrow. I would size up to wear with thick socks.

The calf/thigh portion barely made it past my upper ankles. Just because the foot size is small doesn't mean the leg is proportionately as small

The calf area is beyond narrow! I have petite legs and had an extremely hard time attempting to put these on. If I could return I would!

The boots arrived damaged,upon sending an email WITH pictures, all got was a code for a future discount. Unacceptable, do they not have quality control?

The boot needs a full zipper and I could not get my foot into it. SE's return technology would not recognize my order number and my address and has no phone or chat support. I have bought @10 pair of SE shoes in last twi years without a problem. Very disappointed by lack of support when I had this problem.
