I so wanted to love these boots - would have checked off a lot of boxes in what i was looking for in a winter boot. Unfortunately, the boot was very stiff and was not comfortable. I want my feet to be warm and dry, but not at the expense of comfort.

Returning as the zippers do NOT work well at all. Stick constantly and are very, very hard to move. And you need to move them to get into the boots. Also the boots themselves fit oddly.

This boot is gorgeous! The design is exactly what I wanted however when I put it on, it strangled my feet and had no arch support. I will also confirm another customers review about the zippers. At first they are impossible to unzip, but I put a little grease on it and it did the trick. If these fit, I would absolutely have kept them. They're just so tight in all the wrong and weirdest places. My feet are not wide but this shoes/boot made them feel that way. In other words, this is a VERY narrow boot and only made for VERY narrow feet. I will be returning them but I am really sad because they're beautiful :(
