Love the look, but the leather is really stiff and the boot is hard on insideinsoles may help

These are gorgeous boots, but they rub the skin off your heel. I wore them over the weekend and my heel was bleeding to the point where I haven't put on close toe shoes since Saturday.

They are really tough with a hard sole that hurt my feet. They felt tight at first but now I can wear a chunky sock comfortably. I had to use bandaids at the tops of my heels to avoid blisters for the first 3 - 5 wears. I feel like I'm still breaking them in. The soles of my feet hurt if I walk a lot. And finally the stop of leather material around the chain is breaking off after a dozen wears. Generally they look amazing and I can handle wearing them all day now but if I would have known how uncomfortable they are to break in, Idk if I would have bought them.

Loved the boot until the sole came a loose after 2 weeks of having them. Such a bummer. I received so many compliments on the boots too.

I really like the look of the boot and get lots of compliments when I wear them. However, they are not comfortable. The bottom of my feet hurt because the bottoms are very hard. I tried placing a Dr. Scholl shoe pad inside the boot. They still are not comfortable due to the hardness of the bottom.

Very cute but extremely uncomfortable. No give in sole. Narrow heal causes blisters.

I should have took the other reviews on these boots to heed. I got these boots and the sole looked as if it had been cut up. The chain around the sole was also coming undone. I believe these boots in manufacturing were all bad and they still sold them at a sale price. Never will I buy from this brand.

It feels very much like a cheap made shoe. It's very light. My thicker legs require to loosen up the front just to be able to zip up. No laces left to bind. Shoe is too long in the front. Too sad I can't return.

I was excited to get these boots or so I thought. I tried them on and went to check them out in the mirror. Within a few steps It felt like I twisted my ankle. The sole of the shoe was as so stiff. I felt like I was walking like a duck. I don't know what they used to construct the bottom of this boot but it renders this boot no good. What a waste of hard earned money. I'm really disappointed with Sam Edelman, I've purchased this brand in the past and the quality was of high standards. I'm very disappointed.

Boots were received used twice. They are nice tho.

I fell in love with the color of this boot but when I got them they felt stiff and not as soft as Sam's other boots and definitely was not a fan of the rubber like soles. With normal wear I feel they would wear out faster.

Very uncomfortable! Cute! But not worth hurting my feet!
