I really like this jacket, but the pockets are too high and it feels awkward to put my hands in them.

I like everything about the jacket except for the pockets. They were at an odd angle. I had to reach too far back to get to them. That was a deal breaker, so I returned it.

I ordered 3 rain jackets to find the best fit and returned this one. Like a lot of athletic wear, it has a slimmer fit from the waist down. My usual L fit, but I'd prefer more room in the hips.

Ordered the small and it was still too big. It is basically a windbreaker. I wanted something heavier to wear in the winter. I returned it over 2 weeks ago and I still have not gotten my refund. I tried to call but they were closed and did the chat thing and was told it would take 3-5 weeks to receive my refund. Why does it take that long? NorthFace now has the jacket and still has my money. Will NEVER buy from NorthFace again.

I didn't like how it fit me. Returned.

Not enough courage

I was looking for a jacket with pitzips but unfortunately this doesn't have them. I should have read the description more thoroughly - thanks for the easy return Zappos!

I really liked the color of this parka. However, I ordered my usual size medium and it was too large. Then went to a store to try a small and it was too small. I had to purchase a different jacket to get the right fit.

I like the style but Wished material can be a bit soft. It makes sound when I wear it and the material is rough ..

Just a bit too long, so I had to return it - but the color was amazing !

Was too long and big

Thought it would have something to cinch the waist for a closer fit instead of a boxy fit. It's also super thin. Not warm at all.

Great coverage for rain and wind, but sloppy looking due to the shape and fit.

Love the color! The coat fits decently, just a bit snug when zipped but too long to size up

Pockets positioned way too high and looked like a giant trash bag on me. Also, my head got lost in the hood. It would be better if the hood had a 3 point adjustment so you could get it out of your eyes and be able to see.

I really liked the color of this jacket and I like how is extends below the waist. Unfortunately, the sleeves seemed very short and it was tight across the shoulders (but disproportionately large through the rest of the jacket). It could also be improved with arm vents and a second set of lower pockets (the pockets are awkwardly high).

The cut just wasn't right for me. Size as expected, and color is nice.

It's a nice jacket, but... 1. It has more grey than blue. I ordered blue and it is not even close to what is pictured. 2. I is boxy, would be nice to have a cinch at the waist and the bottom. 3. It is very long. The models must be really tall. It just hangs on me.

fit not quite good for me sleeves long - but the Logo appears to be painted on not the usual subtle imbroided - made the coat look like a cheap imitation - not the usual NF quality

This coat may suit the needs of others but it did not meet my needs or expectations. I found this to be a very lightweight rain/wind jacket, and I was looking for a mid-weight coat with a little more lining and coverage (which I found by purchasing the Women's Shelbe Raschel Parka instead). Also, I don't care for the cinched cuffs on the sleeves on this coat, I find them unflattering and unadjustable. Lastly, I found the length of this coat to be awkward, at least for my 5' 6" frameit bunched up awkwardly and unattractively when I sat down with it zipped up. I think it should either be shorter or longer. But a friend of mine who has a larger frame has this same coat and finds the fit to be fine for her, so of course each person's experience and opinion will be subjective.

Do not like the end of the sleeves nor the material on the inside and out.

Runs small bought a large but fit to tight .

I would suggest getting a size bigger, runs small and the material does not look like the one on the picture. It does feel very light weight which is great!

Description mentions Alpine-style design with secure zip hand pockets.this jacket has no pockets. I would not have purchased if I had known.
