Love the look of the shoe. Only complaint is the wide is a little too wide, but the regular is too narrow. But overall a great shoe.

The appearance is great and they are comfortable, though could use even a bit more padding via the sole or insole.

I love this shoe, just one small thing for me is that it's a little on the narrow side for me had I known I would have ordered it wide other than that I love it and they get a lot of positive comets

Awesome shoe, very comfortable and very stylish. Not too casual so they can easily be worn for semi-formal occasions. My only complaint is that I prefer to tuck my laces into the shoe as apposed to actually tying the shoes like sneakers. Based on the pictures on this website I thought this would be possible since all of the pictures of the shoes have the laces tucked. However, it is not possible to fully tuck the laces since the sneaker-like lining goes all the way around the ankle. I have had to get used to tying the shoes normally which I don't think looks as clean but it's not the end of the world.

Comfortable fit great look on my feet, I prefer the shoe tongue free and not sewn in the shoe.

I need a medium width.

I like the Zero Grand Chukka so much I bought these. I'm on my feet 12hrs a day with a few outside in the conditions.

Love these shoes. Run a little bit narrow, but not too bad.

After 3 weeks of wearing everyday, still feeling like I'm breaking them in. They feel comfortable but after a long day of standing my feet hurt pretty bad. Great quality shoes though.

The shoe was exactly what I expected. The fit was a little looser than I wanted, but quality was what I have come to expect from CH. I would recommend the shoe.

Comfortable shoe overall. Very stylish. My only issue is that they are narrow across the top. I will only wear Cole Haan dress shoes . Just received the Bit Loafer in black and brown yesterday.

Beautiful shoe love it true to size however with the lining it has it makes the shoe narrow/tight. I'm hoping they stretch out a bit. I have other zerogrand shoes in the same size and have no issue.

This shoe looks great and is so light and comfortable that you can stand in court all day and not mind your feet. I don't know how the sole will react to ice and snow, in terms of traction, but the soles and heels seem to wear well and are reasonably flexible, adding to the comfort factor.

Since the shoes are leather I'm hoping they will stretch out in the width bit. My husband has wide feet & it is hard to find a true "W". I wish shoe manufacturers were better at creating good looking true "W"!!!
