I have worn the same size in Cole Haans for years and have several pairs of the zerogrand and other running shoe soled Cole Haans and these in no way fit like the others. They are narrow and the heel is slightly raised just enough to make it noticeable when walking. I recommend trying to get a wide or a half size bigger than what you normally wear in Cole Haan shoes.

These are really great so far and just what I was looking for in a business casual shoe. This is the most I’ve spent on a shoe so far but if they last a long time it will really be worth it. They are almost as comfortable as my Nike running shoes which is important because I wear them everyday to work and I walk around quite a but. They are light and yet they appear to be durable and look like a classy dress shoe. I have repeatedly spent about $100 or $110 and have never quite been satisfied with the comfort and durability of these type of shoes. I paid $160 for these and so far I’m very pleased, but I have only had them for a week. However, so far they don’t crease at all along the top like most dress shoes which I like. They look and feel like a modern shoe from up close but probably look like a classic style from afar. If they last for a year, I will be really pleased. Most of my work shoes seem to start to breakdown and lose their shape after 5 or 6 months at most and they are definitely not this comfortable to start with.

One of the most comfortable shoes out of the box I have ever purchased. I have high arches and have always had a hard time getting a comfortable fit.

Had to return the shoes. Extremely narrow even in the wide version. Had to return, which was easy. Looks like great shoe though.

I am really enjoying these shoes. They are dressy enough to wear to work (even with a suit) on most days, but almost as comfortable as a gym shoe. The size was my usual. Some folks have said this shoe runs narrow, and I agree, but for me that's a perfect fit.

Very tight and too big...wear a 10 1/2 & had to go to a 10...

The shoes were great but they were shipped in a box that was much too big with no packing material or inserts. There was a note inside that said "The original box for this item was damaged in shipping...etc.". But shipping from where to where? They came from Zappos to me in this box. Consequenty, the shoes were scuffed and creased as if they had been worn. The soles looked new, so I'm guessing it was the shipping. I'm keeping them as there were no more in stock and a little elbow grease and shoe balm took care of most of the scuffing. Bottom line; I like the shoes that much.

This was the first time I have written a review and the first time I have been disappointed with Zappos. Clearly these are a return which is perfectly fine but the original box must have been destroyed so they crammed a size 13 in a box that was way to small so they are all creased up. Unfortunately these are the last pair.

The shoe looks great, but a 10.5 (a size I wear in every other Cole Haan shoe) feels about 1/3" too big and my heel slips a little. A 10 would be too small for me. So be careful when ordering half sizes.

I first got em in a 14 wide, which is what I wear with most sneakers and shoes, like Rockport (not including Clarks which seem to run huge). At first, I thought they fit perfect, but after lacing them up, I could tell there was too much room inside because the closed lace thing was all the way closed and it was still too loose. The width and length felt nice, but I couldn't pull em tight enough. So I got the 14 regulars and they feel great. The width isn't that much of a difference, it hugs my foot slightly better, and I still have toe room. I love the fit of these, but I still haven't worn em. They look too good to wear.

This is a stylish shoe

My husband had recently purchased this shoe in brown and found it so comfortable that he decided he needed it in more colors. The blue accents along with the grey suede were a little bit more pronounced in person, but they really work well with his navy suits and pants, as well as other neutral shades. The comfort is the main thing. I knew he could no longer continue to walk around in his stiff dress shoes causing foot pain all day. These have worked really well for being on his feet a lot at work, and he's a pacer, too. Recommended!
