My title says it all! The fabric feels cozy. I do have heavier weight flannel pants in my p.j. collection, but lighter weight fabric is sometimes preferable. The plaids are vivid and colorful. I purchased these in a small petite, and they are still a little bit long for my 5 ft. frame. I appreciate the pockets- so rare to find on women's pajama pants. Rather expensive at full price!

These Sleep Bottoms are the best when it comes to look, warmth and very very soft. I only have one complaint, which can be rectified with a small sew job. There is a label/tag on the outer seam of the left leg approximately near the top of the hip below the waistline. This is very itchy.. and because it's sewn right into the seam, a little tricky to remove. I did it however, and now I'm comfortable all over. Sorry, had to be honest.

These flannel sleep pants are wonderfully soft, cozy, and warm. I was concerned that they would be too long given some of the other review comments, but after washing and drying, they are a good length (and I'm only 5'4"). They have a tie at the waistband so you can make them tighter, but thankfully the elastic at the waist is tight enough to keep them on as who wants to be fumbling with a tie in the middle of the night? The only thing I would change is to make the legs less wide. I can literally put both legs into one pant leg hole, that's how wide they are.
Recommend drying them inside out so the pockets (another nice touch) get dry.

These pj bottoms are beautiful and very comfortable, but run on the "roomy" side. I easily could have ordered one size smaller than usual and they'd still be a relaxed fit. The drawstring should be the rope type, not the ribbon type. The "ribbon" does not stay flat, but twists and is very unattractive.

I bought 2 of these flannel sleep pants- both in XS, one in each color, Dress Gordon and Prince Charles Edward. I had previously purchased an XS in the Prince Charles Edward and liked it so much that I ordered a backup since my size never seemed to be in stock. The 2nd pant in Prince Edward fit just like the 1st- a little high in the waist but fine everywhere else. For reference, I am 5'1" about 120lbs. They are a lightweight flannel that is just enough to keep me comfortable during these cool to cold winter evenings. I have washed and dried them many times and haven't experienced any shrinkage or pilling yet. So the quality is very good.
The two cons are shallow pockets and sizing inconsistency. The pockets are not deep enough to keep my LG G5 from falling out. The other XS I had ordered in the Dress Gordon fit more like a M and poofed out like clown pants. I know pajama pants are supposed to be generously cut but the fit shouldn't look and feel like they are 2 sizes larger. Although I really like the color of the Dress Gordon, I regretfully had to return them.

I do love the pockets on my sleep pants, of which I own several pairs. This year's version, however, is not made out of as heavy a flannel as last year's, so they work better for at-home nights in central heating than for camping in a cabin or trailer in cold weather.

These pants are super soft and comfortable. I love that they have pockets, I just wish they were a little deeper cause my LG V20 barely fits in them. I love the flannel patterns. They sold out of the colors I wanted when I went to reorder. I hope they bring them back next year with some nicer flannel colors.
It was a lot of hard work to get the right size pants though. I used the sizing guide and it said I was comfortably within the large, like I usually am. They got here and they looked like clown pants they were so huge. LLBean's customer service was fantastic though - sent out replacements until I got the right size. I went with the small which is crazy but I still love them!
I'm just worried about how they'll hold up over the next few seasons. They are a little thin so might tear easily. I'm not that worried about this though since LLBean guarantee's their products.

Decided to try these, after reading the reviews. As advertised they are warm and comfy. I am mostly pleased. Bought the large since I like them roomy, and they definitely are that, which is fine with me. However, I am 5'4" and they are very long. Fortunately I sew, so will be hemming them up about 4". I wish llBean would make them in petite. I will buy another pair next year, with the understanding that I will probably have to hem them.

I ordered these pajama bottoms in my usual size, small, but they are cut generously....i.e. large! Legs would be too long if draw-string tie at waist didn' t allow me to wear them above my natural waist line.
Color and fabric both met my expectations.

I bought these for my wife as a gift and she does like them - they're comfortable and cozy. But they bled quite a lot of blue color in a cold-water wash, leaving the blue noticeably fainter and less vibrant. We have bought lots of plaid items, men's and women's from LL, and never before encountered this. (These were made in El Salvador, if that matters.)

These flannel lounge pants are not as substantial as they have been in past years. Definitely not as warm

I ordered an XL pajama pants thinking they would be like the pants I bought last year, but they weren't thick and warm but very thin material. They fit me so I decided not to pay to send them back and just keep them. I was very disgusted that the vender was from a different country and that the quality was not what I expected for LLBean or like the previous pairs. If get gas actually been warmer I would have ordered another pair in a different color too. I think you could include some words in your description about the weight of the material heavy or thin or in between.

Cozy pajama bottoms, however the fit is crazy. I suggest you buy a size smaller than your size. And you have to pay a restocking fee if you have to return them. Probably won't buy anymore too complicated

Having bought sleep pants in February was surprised to see how much thinner the material is. Same fit though. These are definitely more for fall than winter wear. On a positive comparing them to my other sleep pants they are softer to the touch.

First bought size medium, my usual size for pants/bottoms. They were HUGE. Exchanged for small, only slightly roomy, but much too long in the leg. I will have to roll them up. I wish they had more varied colors/patterns, but this was purchased with Bean Bucks so worth the price.

I have several LL Flannel Sleep Pants and I love them all. I was surprised though that the fabric of these pants felt lighter than my other pairs. When put up to light, you can see through the material.

I love L.L. Bean flannel, but I have noticed the quality of the flannel varies. These particular pants is very thin. I don't expect them to wear as well as others that I have purchased.

I have always worn LL Bean flannel on bottoms. I know they fit well and last. When I bought a pair this year I was surprised by how much lighter the material was. Same good construction but much less hefty material wise.

Fit at waist and the length was okay, but the legs had 2x the width to feel like something I wanted to wear, even around the house. Or get tangled up in while sleeping. I returned this item.

Top quality, as are all LL Bean clothes. However, for flannel, it is thin. Great for sitting in front of a roaring fire, but not for a quick,l late night dog walk.

These flannel pants run very large. I had to return the size medium . I planned to exchange them for a small, but the plaid I originally ordered was out of stock in small. I ended up paying for shipping in both directions and ended up without either pair of flannel pants. Frustrating!

I tried small and even extra small. Way off on sizing. Both sizes were very baggy all over.
Material is great, smooth & very comfortable. Plaids are great, as well. I returned most of them and kept the above pair hoping they would shrink after washings. They did not!!
