I was unimpressed with this robe. Felt very thin. For the price, and company reputation, I expected better quality. I returned it.

The robe itself is a dream if you dont mind getting out your needle and thread for an item you paid over $100 for. The first one I ordered had a hole in the shoulder. When I reported that to customer service they sent me a replacement. That one has a hole in it by one of the pockets. Seems pointless to report it again. Returns might be "free" but it cost money to get to the UPS drop off and my expectation that the next one wouldn't have a hole in it is pretty much zero.
Quality and craftsmanship, zero stars.

Plush, but I don't like the shearling - it's too heavy.

Plush but disappointing. This robe is silky soft and cozy, and I love the *idea* of the sherpa lined cuffs and hood. BUT. When the hood is not worn, its weight down the back pulls at the robe, causing it to gradually separate in front, leaving the neck exposed to chilly temps indoors. The pile is so silky smooth that the belt will not stay "tied" when it is merely looped through each other and not actually knotted or tied in a bow (I don't like to use the inner ties). I am reluctantly going to return this, and maybe just buy a new fleece one, which will be warmer AND allow me to use the belt as casually as I like.

I purchased this lovely robe and enjoyed how warm and soft it was. However, after washing it there was lint everywhere. I washed it a couple of times thinking it would get better, but it was just as bad....way too much fleecy lint all over the house and clothes that were washed in the same load.

My husband bought the robe as a Christmas present. It was on backorder, so I did not receive it until February. Unfortunately, it is not the quality I was expecting. The outer fleece is very soft, but the sherpa lining is really disappointing. I have been very careful to follow care instructions. However, after 2 months, the sherpa lining looks and feels like a matted dog. It is horrible. Also, the robe's hood is "heavy", so pulls the robe off my shoulders a bit making wearing it feel a little uncomfortable (so I either have to wear the hood or I have to keep adjusting the robe). The robe is very warm and has kept me cozy for the past few weeks. But overall, this is not what I was expecting from an LL Bean robe.

Purchased this super soft, plush robe as a gift for Christmas to replace a LL Bean robe from nearly 8 years ago. The new robe already has a quarter-size hole under the arm where the seam separated. Disappointed. They don't make them like they used to.

I ordered this robe in burgundy planning to give it as a Christmas gift. It is soft but not nearly the weight/thickness I expected. Some may prefer the lighter weight, but to me, it just didn't feel like the quality it should be for this price. The color (burgundy) was dark/almost brownish and not as attractive as I'd hoped. I returned it. I believe it runs a little small- if you order, you may want to consider sizing up.

The monogram name was supposed to be "Joan" but looked more like Yoan or Gcan.
Plus there was a lavender stain 1" long right about the name.

After just one wash, the fabric is already covered in pills and looks old. Definitely not worth the money if it can't survive a single cleaning cycle

I was hoping to buy matching robes for my fiance and myself. We loved the ll bean plush robes and were surprised to find that the women's wicked plush robe includes a hood and then men's does not. The women's does not provide an option without a hood (which would be preferred). It is unclear why this design choice was made and prevented me from buying the product

This was advertised as very warm. In fact, it was very lightweight, not warm at all. Also, the washing instructions said NOT to put it in the dryer, which was very inconvenient for me. Additionally, and I weigh 110# and am 5'2" the rover did not overlap much in front, so that when I sat down it opened a lot and did not keep me the least warm. I returned the robe. Please make a heavy weight and warm robe for women - I'd buy it. I purchased a small and I often even wear XS in clothes.

I received this robe in mid December and was happy that it was the perfect style and color. I have worn it for one month now and I am so disappointed. The plush fur is pilled everywhere, and the sherpa has become completely matted. It looks and feels gross and cheap. For LLBean and the price, I expected a quality item that would last several winters. After one month it feels so icky I want to toss it out right now.

Tricked into paying extra for "rush shipping". Ordered 3 weeks before Xmas. Free shipping was set for delivery on Christmas Eveor I could pay the extra $15 for rush shipping. So I got worried it wouldn't arrive in time, so I paid the extra $15. In hindsight I now feel this was just a ploy to get another $15 for an already overpriced robe. The robe seems well made, but $120?

Was very sad , My brand new roll had a hole in it, and the seams did not want to send it back because it took too long to get for the price of the road should not have had a whole

Purchased a new wicked plush robe after buying one in 2019 and was so disappointed when the new one arrived. It wasn't a thick, not as comfy. Poor quality compared to 4 years ago. But not surprised considering everything is poorer quality and more money. Sadly won't be spending money on these robes anymore. Very disappointed with LL Bean
