Beautiful robe that is great on cold mornings. Very soft and the hood adds extra warmth around the neck.

Oh my goodness!!! I splurged and bought this and tried to hide it from my hubby. I'm not too happy about trying to pull the wool over my hubby's eyes, but I'm definitely THRILLED that I bought this snuggle-piece. I've had it for two years now and I wear it anytime the temperature dips in the 40's outside but our house temp is in the 60's. It's so warm that I definitely have to peel it off when I'm cooking or doing housework. For watching movies or reading on the sofa, it is an absolute dream to wear. When I wear it, I'm in my zen-moments of comfort. My night gowns are skimpy, spaghetti straps that flow either past or around my knees. A pair of comfy socks, my nightgown with this robe and a bowl of chili make my staycations glorious. If I could change one thing, I would love for it to be longer so that it graces my ankles. However, that's minor. I even use this as additional covering when I need a quick blanket. I own another LLBean robe that is a little less warm than this one, but serves a different purpose. (Women's Scotch Plaid Flannel Robe, Sherpa-Lined Long in green) I wear it when I'm in my full pajamas. You see, this plaid flannel robe lacks fur in the sleeves which I thought was a deal breaker until I started wearing pajamas in it and completing household chores. Trust me, it is also a wonderful cozy piece too. It's just not as cozy as this one. (I got it in a cute teal on the outside and white fur color inside) I could not choose between the two so I BOUGHT BOTH!!! Yep! And then I bought the plaid one for my mom, who loves it. Now you see why I had to hide my robe. :)

My wife loves it and has barely taken it off since I gave it to her. It's very soft and comfortable. She's 5'8" athletic build and a medium fits well.

It's very warm and comfortable, it seems a bit big and it isn't as petite as I would like it to be in the length but it's still wonderful, and I have to tie it tightly to keep it from opening up and knocking things off of counters as it's very plush, but I still love it and the hood and pockets too.

Cuddly , warm and snuggly - what else could I ask for in a winter robe? I love it

One or more reviewers said that the robe was not as plush after it was washed. That was NOT my experience. I used a normal wash cycle. For drying I followed the instructions on the care label: used the "no heat" setting. It came out just as plush and soft as before.

I'm wearing this warm robe now and it's 34 degrees outside. Small fits great with relaxed fit over my flannel pajamas. Sleeves are perfect length and can easily roll up while washing dishes or cooking. My old robe sleeves got burned while cooking on stove-dangerous! Length is to calves-keeps legs warm. Great quality! Haven't washed it yet but will NOT use fabric softener on fleece-ruins it. Very happy-thanks LL Bean!

I love the feel and comfort. I wear sizes 4 or 6. I bought a small but I think an extra small would be better.
