This is a heavy duty well made flannel shirt for women. It is made for an area where the weather stays very cold for many months It could be layered with other shirts and sweaters

This flannel shirt is a versatile addition to anyone's wardrobe. When an extra layer is needed to keep warmindoors or outsidethis shirt is perfect! Indoors it is just enough to provide warmthwithout bulk. It can layer under a jacket or vest to ensure warmth out of doors. The shirt is well constructedneatly sewn, smooth seams, neat buttonholes, etc. I do wish that the plaid matched at the side seams, but in black watch plaid, it is difficult to see where it isn't matched. I am very pleased with the fit and fabric as well.

Thank you LLBean for starting to offer some women's shirts in tall sizing! The Tall Small is the PERFECT fit for me! I have never been able to wear LLBean shirts because they are too short. I would sometimes buy a Large and have it tailored but they still never fit right. Thank you for including all sizes and shapes! The shirt itself is amazing. It's a classic. I have it in all colors offered in the Tall sizing- please offer all colors in tall! I would especially love to see the Prince Charles Edward, or Dress Gordon. As a note to the company, your shirts tend to run shorter than most brands. I don't usually need tall sizing. I really think it's time for an update to your entire clothing line to make it closer to the norm and more modern by adding a few inches. Thanks!

I got a 3X to wear over layers. It fits well and the colors are as shown.

Looks good, comfortable, long sleeved enough, and body is long enough for leggings Love the plain pattern, too and the red color.

Meets all my high expectations for a Bean flannel shirt. Wonderful color too.

I will buy more of this style shirt in the future. It's so soft and warm. I'm 5'5" and weigh about 165, and bought a size large and it fits perfectly. I've washed it once in cold water and it may have shrunk a teeny bit, but not enough to be a problem. I love this shirt!

I loved the shirt. But unfortunately it arrived reeking of mold and had to be laundered twice before I could wear it.

I have this particular shirt from a few years back when the tall sizes weren't being offered. It fits fine but I am beyond thrilled that it's now being offered in talls because it fits like an absolute dream now! The sleeves are nice and long for my long arms; no more having to constantly pull the sleeve down and I love the extra center back length as well. Please offer more clothing in women's tall sizes!

I love when they put out the classic flannel prints for women. I wish it was relaxed fit as apposed to the slightly fitted. Flannel is soft and it is a good weight. It washes well.

Ordered up a size as I wanted to wear this as an over shirt. Very happy with my choice. The soft blues and brown with cream look great with jeans.
