Well made and true to size. Looking forward to cooler weather so I can wear this warm and cozy shirt.

I love the fact that "tall" is an option. I ordered medium/tall and it fits perfectly. I have a tough time with buttondowns from other companies because if I get medium the sleeves are too short but if I get large then they tend to be billowy. This shirt fits perfectly and looks great. The flannel shirt that I replaced lasted 15 years. You can't beat LL Bean for quality.

Nice colors, quality flannel. Normally purchase a regular but over the years the sleeves seem to shrink. This time I've ordered a Tall and I look forward to wearing it for years to come.

Soft thick cotton flannel, vivid plaids, comfortable fit over tees or under roomy sweaters. Wash with minimal shrinkage & fading (I always line dry). I have several, bought over the past 10 years. Price has gone up this year, but still very reasonable for a great quality item.

This is a great flannel! It has a relaxed fit that is not too baggy, and it is very soft and comfortable.

Wonderful shirts! I've been wearing them for years. The old ones are getting used as my gardening shirts. I wish that you hadn't eliminated the Rob Roy and Black Watch tartans, though. Mine still have life left in them, but I take it that they're the last of their generation. I do like the Wallace plaid and bought one, but the Rob Roy and Black watch are classics!

I HAVE HAD MANY OF THESE SHIRTS OVER THE YEARS AND I STILL LOVE THEM! VERY COMFORTABLE AND ALWAYS FIT NICELY AND TRUE TO SIZE. THEY WASH WELL ON COLD AND LOW HEAT WITH MINIMAL SHRINKAGE. SOFT AND WARM AND THEY LAST!

I got the reddish one. It isn't your traditional boring same red plaid. It more red/orange. And with some dark green. It is lovely and cozy like all LL Bean flannels.

I'm 5'11 and 156 lbs. the medium tall fit me perfect. The arms were great and it is so soft, love it!

I really like the red plaid flannel shirt! It's cheerful, comfortable, and warm. I'm 5'4", 118 lbs: ordered size Medium petite. It fits well, a bit on the short side. With the regular medium, sleeves are always too long, but fine with petite. I hope it washes well; usually flannel wrinkles and I like to avoid ironing.

Lovely and sturdy well-made traditional Scottish tartan cotton flannel shirt. This is constructed better than any other familiar mail-order vendor. 100% cotton. You will enjoy wearing this. This particular shirt is relaxed fit which suits me well.

I purchased the tan/brown with green and melon plaid and it is gorgeous. Medium petite fits beautifully, despite a slight tug at the bust but that's the tig bitty life. I can't wait to wear the heck out of it this fall!

I love these flannel shirts that are so beautiful and soft. The are nice and warm and fit perfecty in a small-petite plus are made very well. Wish I had one in every color!

This is a great shirt that is very soft. A must have!

I purchased this flannel shirt in Washed Buchanan, size Large, Regular. For reference, I normally wear a size 12 in tops and 14 in bottoms, and L.L. Bean's size Large fits me perfectly (5'3", 170 lbs). This is a lighter-weight flannel, which makes it versatile for layering or wearing on its own. The sleeve length is perfect, and the body fit is just rightit doesn't pull across the bust, and I can comfortably button the bottom around my hips. The relaxed cut curves slightly through the bust and hips, so it's flattering without being boxy (something that's hard to find in women's flannels). The colors are beautifulrich but not muted, and they fall on the cooler spectrum, which I love. They also coordinate really well with some of my L.L. Bean Pima cotton T-shirts. I liked this shirt so much that I purchased it in several different color patterns.

Cozy and true to size. The.color is fabulous! This shirt becomes softer with wear.

This is a great flannel for working out in the yard. It's comfortable and its colors are good for hiding the dirt and blends in with the environment.

Material is exceptionally soft and the color combination very complimentary to denim. A cozy shirt for the crisp fall season ahead.

This shirt is beautifully made, luxurious colors and feel. However, the tall is not right for me. The arms are skinny, feeling like a tshirt kind of slim. I am returning for a different style.

Super soft and fits perfectly. I bought a small, I'm 5'6 and 130 and lands on my shoulders as a good fitting blouse.

My old LLBean flannel shirt finally wore out at the elbows, after years of use. This one is a replacement and the quality is just as good! I love the colors of the plaid I chose and I'm looking forward to wearing it when the weather gets cooler. I purchased size large because that's what my old one was. I prefer it to be larger as I sometimes wear it over a long sleeved tee.
