Fabric is very soft. It's definitely a warm flannel and the colors are great . Please note - laundry instructions say not to iron. However, I found that after washing/drying, it did have quite a few wrinkles and needed a light pressing (use a "cool" iron setting)

The fabric is soft and not too thin, and the fit is as I expected, but they apparently decided to reduce the number of buttons. The first button is about 2 inches lower from the neck than on previous LLBean shirts I've purchased. Still wearable, but not what I would like. I guess the saved cost of one button was that important to them?

I love this LL Bean flannel shirt! It is extremely soft and is perfect for a fall or winter day. I ordered a Medium as I have ordered these exact flannels in the past in a medium, but this flannel was a lot bigger than my other mediums. Due to sizing I am giving it a 4 instead of a 5.

I loved the fit of the shirt, and the softness and quality feel of the fabric. I feel sad though, because this particular color had way more yellow than shown in the catalog, it looked that the purples, reds and black were much more dominant, and yellow is not a great color for my skin tone, so I had to send it back.

Beautiful shirt but runs small. I was hoping to be able to order from LLBean because I know You have good quality clothing.

Fits a bit snug, especially in the sleeves, but will work with layers.

For a regular fit shirt, the fit is not generous. Fits more like a petite which is fine for me with shorter arms but was expecting a bit more generous cut.

Relaxed look, a little bigger than I expected.. I love that look you can wear it with layers! Love the pattern

5"3"...125#...first of all I love the colors of this soft flannel shirt...and i also love my clothes to feel more loose fitting than tight...this flannel shirt was advertised as "relaxed", so I ordered a regular medium...it didn't seem that "relaxed" to me...maybe a petite large would have worked better for me...but instead of layering with this particular flannel shirt, i will use it as a light weight jacket in the spring or on summer nights, especially around the 4th of July...

The shirt is attractive and fits well. I have plaid fleece shirt that I much prefer because it doesn't wrinkle. I wish this flannel shirt came out of the dryer looking as good as the fleece.

I just love the color(s). But am disappointed that the plaid does not match up at the seams. I sew so I notice such. Unfortunately to many good suppliers are not having their seams match up. :-(. It's a large and fits just fine. I'm 5'2 1/2" and weigh 160.

It only took LL Bean 110 years to realize tall women do, in fact, exist. While it's great being able to find flannel shirts with sleeves that are long enough, it would be nice if they offered tall sizes in the slightly fitted version of this shirt.

I'm wearing this Shirt while I'm typing this. I do love two things - the buttonholes are nicely finished which some of my other tartan shirts are not; the sleeves are a bit long, but they have two buttons on the cuff, so I just close the cuff with the second button which grips the cuff nicely. The only thing I don't like is the fact the hem curls up at the back so a double hem would fix that. Expect it to be a little fuzzy, but that's because the fabric is so very soft. I wear it at home all the time!

This flannel shirt has great color and fabric. I ordered a size up to wear over shirts and it fits perfectly. It did pill a little after the first washing, but the shape and seams of the shirt remained almost like new. It was delivered promptly. I'd buy again.

Love the colors and the softness of the fabric. Size felt a little smaller than usual.

Size Medium Tall became too small after many washings & was donated. I then ordered Size Large Tall and it is slightly large for me, but more comfortable.

Fits well, beautiful colors, nicely finished - except for the tags, which are both unbelievably scratchy and difficult to remove. 5 stars for the shirt, -1 for the tags.

The flannel is so soft, did not want to take it off.

Maybe a touch less generous in fit than others of that style I've ordered in the past, but it still fits well, and the color is very attractive.

Runs a bit large, not very tapered at waist. But long enough, nice and warm.

It's more of a jacket weight than a shirt, so I wear it over other tops.

I love it! It's thick, warm, soft & fits well. However, it has started to pill & I've only worn it 4-5x. I'm 5'2" & bought a M.

I love the fit and the fabric. I am disappointed that the plaids don't match in the side seams. That is what my mother took great pride in when she made wool plaid shirts for my father.
