I purchased this shirt in a Medium Tall. I am 5' 10", 34DDD, with very long arms. This shirt still fit me perfectly after washing in warm water and drying for 25 minutes on gentle cycle. It was still damp and I allowed it to finish air drying. The front plaid and pockets match perfectly. I would call this a heavy weight flannel.

Great shirt! I ordered a small which is my normal size for LL Bean and it fits great. I have enough room to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath so I can wear it more as a light jacket which I like. It is thinner than a men's Chamois cloth shirt I have from LL Bean but still warm and a great layer for fall/winter.
