Petite fits fine for 5'2". Flannel is comfortable, but in the first wash lost lots of flannel in the washer and whole handfuls in the dryer. Be prepared to wash separately for a while. Not the quality I expect from LL Bean.

I bought two pairs of Women's Scotch Plaid Flannel Pajamas. I was very disappointed. The quality of the material is barely mediocre. It's thin and comes out of the dryer a mess of wrinkles. Definitely not the quality I expect from L.L. Bean.

Bought extra large for overall less movement restrictions. Buttons gap in the chest area and need to be placed closer together.

I ordered this expensive flannel pajama set for my 96 year old mother for her birthday present. LL Bean has always had a good reputation for well made garments utilizing quality materials. Although the construction of the pajamas is good, the flannel is lightweight and flimsy. After only a couple of washings it looks dingy, wrinkled and shouts of poor quality material. I am so disappointed in the quality of the product. I plan to return it. So disappointing. It's a shame because it was sewn well and fits well. I hope the quality has not diminished in LL Bean's other products because they always had such a good reputation.

I remember Flannel pajamas being a warm heavier material for winter wear. These pajamas in my opinion are more like a spring pajama.

There was no XXS offered so I got the XS. The top was okay but the bottoms were huge. They appeared to be at least a medium if not large, especially the leg width. Would not recommend.

Not impressed with the very thin fabric. Black Watch is a great Scottish plaid but the fabric was thin and my PJ's shrunk.

Ordered these pajamas in a small. The bottoms are fine but the top is an odd fit! Not the comfy pj that I was hoping for!

Material lost a lot of lint in the dryer and is now too thin.

Flannel material is too thin & napped, so it attracts animal hair & dust, like Velcro. Seams on arms & top sides & legs not matched to pattern. Pants pockets a nice addition, however, one is probably enough. Suggest LLBean bring back flat nap, small print two-piece pajama sets, where matching at seams is less of an issue. Disappointed & returned.

I have returned these pajamas. The quality of the flannel was terrible. Very stiff and not brushed on both sides for the comfort i was expecting. It would have taken a year of daily washings to soften these up! Very disappointed. I didnt even try them on.

The fabric that you're using now is Thin and cheap. The collar won't even stay popped up it's so flimsy. The flannel pajama Set that I bought several years ago in Navy blue with white piping are still beautiful. The Buffalo check that I bought a couple of weeks ago leave a lot to be desired.

I purchased these pajamas in December but unfortunately I returned them to my local store yesterday. The fit and style were fine; I only buy pajamas that have pockets so they were perfect. They were returned because I was unhappy with the quality of the flannel. After only a few washings, the material was covered with pills. I have other flannel pajamas, from Bean and elsewhere, that didn't do this, even after being washed and worn for many years.

These have no shape whatsoever. I look so frumpy when I put these on. They're warm but I won't be caught dead wearing them in front of anyone.

I want to buy flannel PJ's that don't shrink. These did - quite a bit. I bought Medium talls and they were a comfortable fit, but after washing, the sleeves became uncomfortably short. Also, I like a looser waistband that I can decide how snug with the ties. No ties needed! The waistband is uncomfortably snug. I usually love everything I get from L.L.Bean but these PJ's are not one of them.

I bought these PJs for my wife because the color she wanted wasn't to be shipped until April 2025. She did not like the substitute color I ordered, saying it was too dark and dreary. The picture above was NOT the color I picked. The one I picked was a very dark green color.

Way too long . Had to roll up at the waist 2 inches. It just didn't fit like a petite. I was so looking forward to a nice pair of flannel pj's. Sadly had to return. I am 5 ' 120 # & petite small too long

I return the pajamas because the fit was wrong. The pants were too wide and the sleeves were way too short and too tight. I check the sizing chart with someone form LLBean twice, and they said size 1 x would fit. They were wrong.

I love the quality and color of this item but the pants were too big and too long for me as a petite. I had to send them back.

These were a gift for my daughter and she was so excited they came in the tall size. Loved how long they were but they shrunk significantly with the first wash even though washed in cold and dried on low. The sleeves are now way too short, and pants lost a lot of length as well. So now she's pretty disappointed in them. They would have been great if they hadn't shrunk so much, and in the very first wash

I'm 5'2'' and very petite. The pants fit fine, but the top is too small. The sleeves are a few inches too short, and I can't extend my arms fully. I wish I could return just the top and keep the pants.

Description states these are baggy, but they need to be taken in a minimal of one inch each pant leg yet still be baggy. Petite inseam is about 28", yet I'd need to fold them up two hem lengths to fit. Labels are irritating to the skin. Only fix is change the material they are made of, use cotton/polyester thread, or embroider them. Buttons are too small and could be problematic for people who have arthritic hands/fingers. The thickness of the flannel is much thinner than L.L. Bean used some twenty years ago. I like the Angus color. Putting in two side seam pant pockets in addition to the shirt chest pocket is a nice touch.
