Very cozy and soft, comfortable fit

Well made, soft and warm my favorite pjs

I have two pairs of these flannel pajamas. I love that they come in a tall size. My ankles stay warm when I'm wearing them around the house. They are a perfect weight for sleeping, not too heavy, a lightweight flannel. My normal size is XS, but I found them too tight for sleeping and L.L. Bean exchanged them for a S. They do shrink a little. I hang dry or dry them on low.

I almost didn't order these based on some of the recent negative reviews, but I'm glad I did! A number of reviews mentioned shedding. This is substantial flannel, and as such some shedding is to be expected. I would strongly recommend washing and machine drying on a higher temperature before wearing to reduce some of the shedding during wear, and also avoid potential color transfer with the darker colors. I suspect I could have sized down to medium, but the slightly oversized fit is cozy. I really like the button cuffs on the sleeves, which keeps out the draft! I am really happy with the quality and expect to get several seasons of wear out of the two pairs I ordered.

I love these pajamas. They are incredibly soft and a bit big but feel so comfortable for sleeping in. They are expensive but like they say... you get what you pay for.

Am wearing my new pjs as I write this. Have enjoyed them very much since they've arrived. Most comfortable! Love the pocket on the top and the two side pockets on the pants! Colors are rich while the material is very soft and cozy. They've washed very well (Have laundered them 3 times so far.) and I've followed the laundry instructions! One suggestion: Really wish the shirt had a collar button. When it's cool, it's really nice to be able to have more chest/neck closure. The collar is very helpful in this regard. But would still like to see a collar button. Thanks!

I love these pajamas. They're soft and cozy. They're easy to care for, and they last for years. A bit expensive, but worth it.

I love these flannel pajamas! They are well made, comfortable and cozy but not too warm. I will now buy my husband some pajamas and may even get myself another pair!

I've worn flannel pajamas for decades, and these are truly the best in quality, comfort, and warmth of any I've ever had. The fabric quality is excellent, but so is the craftsmanship - the plaid pattern lines up between the sleeves and the shirt, things like that which show real care has been used to construct the garment (not often found in mass-produced clothing). I love them enough that I plan to get my sister the nightgown for her Christmas gift. I find the fit is true to size.

I purchased two pairs of these flannel pajamas to replace a previous pair that I'd worn to an embarrassingly-shabby state, which is a testament to their quality! I bought the petite small, and I loved the very roomy fit initially. After washing, they shrunk a bit, but they still fit comfortably and are now amazingly soft. The pants pockets are a great upgrade from my old pair. One suggestion for L.L.Bean: Please consider offering these women's pajamas in soft solid, neutral colors, such as ivory, pale taupe, gray, rose and/or soft/neutral stripes. I live in the Northeast, and I will reach for my flannel PJs on a cool summer night. The plaids currently offered just strike me as somewhat masculine and wintery to the point that I almost passed on them.

Went to the Flagship store in Freeport, Maine and they had EVERY size except XS. Glad I was able to see it in person as it is a soft material. Loved the Black Watch green plaid. I couldn't wait to get home--back to the Bay Area and buy this item online. Luckily, there weren't sold out and I was able to buy one.

I never liked PJ's until I put on these LLBean PJ's..warm fit like they were made for me.

I loved these pajamas so much I bought a second pair in another pattern. I ordered them in petite and at 5'1" they are just a bit too long in both the pants and sleeves, but that's pretty common at my height.

Because of my build, the top fit but the bottoms were too big but it's something I can live with. Otherwise I like them.

Living in WV you certainly have your cold nights for a few months. I have always loved flannel pajamas, and LL BEAN flannel pajamas are so warm and cozy. These are absolutely the best! I have had many different name brands and I love these the most. I have always needed tall size clothing and was surprised to see that LL BEAN had tall size pajamas. I took advantage of that and ordered two pair. The top is perfect, it's very nice having sleeves fit true to size and the length of the top but the pants are a little long so I just cuff them up.

I love these pj's. I buy xlarge petite so I don't have to hem them They fit great and are super comfortable and warm.

They are so thick and fit well. I'm usually a medium but ordered a petite large, as I prefer pajamas to be a little big. I'm only 5'2" so petite works best.
