I'm only 5'1" and always look for an opportunity to purchase petite size clothing. I ordered these PJs in a petite hoping that the length would be perfect. The sleeves and leg length were OK, but the top was so short that if I raised my arms it came up above my stomach. I've been wearing another longer t-shirt underneath the top to make it work. Very disappointed.

PJ set felt nice but the sizing was completely off. Pajama pants were too short and the waist/hips felt really tight. I even ordered a size larger than my normal since I want comfort when wearing pajamas. Shirt sleeves were a little short too. I had to return but was disappointed that I needed to pay for the shipping.

I bought 2 sets of these pjs and wore one set last night. In the middle of the night I took the bottoms off because they were so uncomfortable. The waist band is very thick and wide and feels more like a restraint. This morning I cut out the pockets because it's just more material around my waist, and I don't need pockets when I'm sleeping. I will have to hand stich the pocket opening closed. I'm 5'2" and weigh 130 lbs with a stomach so I bought a large petite. The bottoms come to my ankles so if I bought them again I would buy extra large regular. This morning I washed them in cool water and hung them to dry while smoothing out the wrinkles and pulling the legs to make them longer. They wash beautifully. It's hard to find women's cotton pjs at LLBean, but I'll keep looking. I think these pjs would be great for lounging.

As others have noted: The shirt was wide and boxy with short sleeves in terms of length. The bottoms have no stretch. I am always a M at LL Bean (and in the full set top/bottoms with button pjs). The pants were ok but the shirt was a full size smaller. Even if I go up a size for the pants to be cozier - I doubt the shirt will even fit.

The shirt fit as expected - very true to size. The pants, however, did not match the size description and were a solid size smaller than listed. Also, as other reviewers have mentioned, there is zero stretch to the pants, so there's no hope of them meeting the size description with some squats or lunges. If you feel compelled to buy these, go up a size based on your pant size, but I'd honestly suggest looking at a different set altogether.

Shirt was wide and boxy with short sleeves. The sleeves for long sleeves were way too short. The bottoms have no stretch.

I've ordered in XS for many years from Bean never receiving anything actually XS. Not only was this "Camp PJ Set" XS, but more than XXS! The country of manufacture must have had a slight factory problem. The top was TINY [I'm 102 lbs. 5'3''] and the pants were too SHORT! In any event I returned them for a Small. Possibly they will get it right this time.

The set is super cute. The shirt fit perfectly, although I would've like it to be softer. However, the pants are completely straight and not meant for anyone with any curves. I have hips and glutes, and so the pants were too tight and not comfy like lounge pants should be. If I go up a size, the pants will be too big in the waist and likely too long, and the shirt will be way too big. Sad because I did like them.

I ordered an XS Petite. They fit TTS, however, the cut makes these very unflattering. They have a wide, covered elastic waistband, which I usually love. But because the waist is more tapered/fitted than the rest of the pants, and since flannel has no drape, the fit is very boxy below the waist. The XSP top ran very large. This set was a miss for me.

These were the last pair of PJ's I purchased from you, and I must say that the continue to get less and less in their production/manufacturing quality. Your cost has gotten ridiculous! Your price goes up and the quality goes down. What a shame. I have been a LLBean customer for a very long time and am reaching the point of total disappointment while questioning if I should continue.

I purchased two of these sets, one year apart (2021, 2022); first one fit great, so I ordered a second set for a spare. First set was made in China, and it fit fine; the second set, made in Vietnam is much smaller, especially the top, so it is not comfortable to sleep in. Fits like an extra small.

Wierd cut, pants are HUGE compared to the top. I guess if you have more of a pear shape body then these might be a good fit for you but I wasn't impressed with them.

I love LLBean jammies, but the bottoms shrank so badly, I lost over 2 inches of length after washing them. I only ever use the extra-low dryer setting, but it didn't matter.

Loved these initially - cute pattern, comfortable fabric, and it's hard to find pajamas in tall sizes. However, the sleeves and overall length shrunk ~3 inches after the first wash despite using cold water and the lowest dryer setting. They no longer fit as a result.

The pajamas themselves were fine; however the bottons were tremendous on me. I always purchase a petite small and there could have been two of me in them. The top was ok. I even washed them twice as several.other shoppers said they shrank very badly, bit mine did not shrink at all. I ended up returning them. I am 5'1" and 116 pounds.

The shirt applique immediately washes off and the shirt shrinks a size. Not the quality I expected. The other pajama sets are of higher quality.

I ended up returning these because the flannel pants were just not the quality I expect. When they arrived they were thin, and not altogether soft, but I gave them a try. After wearing only a handful of times (< 5), the flannel started to pill and they became scratchy. The matching long-sleeved T was cute and they seemed like nice pajamas, but the flannel pants were a disappointment.
I would also love it if LL Bean made their pajama bottoms an inch longer. I ended up getting a tall (even though I am not tall) so the pants were not too short, but those were too long so the fit was also not good.
