I love the look of these shoes. I ordered them online and was excited for them to arrive. I Tried them on immediately was disappointed.let me finish. My feet are narrow and these things were still tight. The toe cap nearly had me feeling like a Japanese geisha. They are well made and tough. The lace loops were even difficult to push the laces through. I have never owned a pair of Van's, however I used to skate as a kid and have worn through plenty. These lifestyles coined definitely caught my eye. After 3 days of wearing them, I'm really starting to like them. They have loosened up. Some tips: wear a thinner sock and don't run the laces all the up the quad loops at the top of the tongue. They aren't even close to the most comfortable shoes you can buy, but they look good and they do get way better than the first impression trying them on.

Good but not very comfortable

Got these for lifting and they're pretty much perfect. Super cute and nice flat bottom. I'm just annoyed because I tried on some other vans in a store (since I'm a first time buyer) in the exact same style except for the suede and a 6.5 was perfect. Wish I'd listened to the other review here and sized down to a 6. I feel like I'm going to trip over the toes at some point because the shoe is just a bit too big. I've worn them now unfortunately and didn't feel like dealing with return shipping right around the holidays.

These shoes are super cute but the red bleed all over the white shoe laces immediately. That part sucks. Be careful what you wear them under cuz they will probable bleed on that too.

Everything about them is pretty great, lots of compliments, but the leather with rub against your ankle so wear ankle high or long socks

Just bought these and wore them for maybe 5 hours. My laces and inside of shoe around ankle are pink

I love the color but this shoe isn't meant to be worn if you're walking a lot.

I purchased these for the blue jelly heel It is a yellowed rubber with a blue line insert

These are really comfortable and feel really nice when you put them on but the rubber around the outsole is not white like it looks online. It is very yellowed. I was looking for a white shoe and thought these would be perfect. They will be going back and I'll get a pair of ultra ranges or something that is truly white.

I'm a longtime vans fan. I've been wearing for as long as I can remember. Mainly because of the durability and the style. I really want to love the Ultimate Waffle because of the all day comfort, they look great and also a good color selection. But I feel let down and can't give u the 5 star rating you could deserve. I am on my feet a good part of the day, nothing extreme but these waffles (left and right) have both started to tear at the toe cap where it meets with the main body. And only after 3 weeks.... C'mon vans

These are stylish; BUT the entire toe area is uncomfortable! They rub, because the plastic at the top and the inside straps are all poorly designed.

I'm a 53 year old longtime Vans customer. I bought this style for the 1st time. It was also the 1st time I've ordered online, shipped and picked up at a store. I like the convenience but think maybe a little better quality control could be in order. Especially for the prices you charge for these shoes. See enclosed pic for defect.

toe box was very narrow, not very comfortable, But I loved the colors

I got this shoe 4 workouts base is PERFFF- pinky toe area is a bit tight but not bad- ankle backing is AWFUL . Hard and pokey will have to return due to that bit kinda jabbing my ankle

Love the shoe and style, but it ran small. I purchased my normal size but they are a half size to small..

Unfortunatley, I will have to return because the material on the left shoe, looks already worn compared to the right. Love the way the shoe fits (I do have a narrow foot.) Love the style! Hoping to be able to exchange, and they both look the same!

I love the looks of these shoes but they were so narrow. Unlike other Vans that are nice and wide and comfortable, these are really narrow and not comfortable at all. I have pretty normal sized feet so it was a shame.

My son liked the color and design but the material that is on the top part of where your toes are is too stiff and hard. So sadly had to return.

My daughter loves the look and fit of these shoes but they are difficult to put on and take off because of the grippiness of the interior vinyl lining
