Pocket zipper had defect but did not see it until after my purchase. The bottom of the zipper of one of the pockets has no end stopper so the two sides of zipper come apart and you cannot get it back together. This makes it impossible to zip closed that pocket. Was not expecting this for the price point.

The sweater was not made well~ not up to LLBean's standards. I returned this item.

Where's the hooded sweater fleece for adults???? Very disappointed in the options no good fleece activewear jackets I have had one for years it is worn out and my sweater fleece with a hood! All you have is kids! Please bring them back!

I love the color but the fit is very close to the body and is tight in shoulders and upper arms .A jacket should not be this snug you can't put a another layer on with sweater jacket It should a be a relaxed fit not a body suit

Pocket zipper broke in about 3 weeks. Emailed customer service about it last week and waiting to hear back.

I purchased in Aug to be able to wear this spring. I have worn this jacket three times, no washing and one of the pocket zippers already broke. For the cost, I would expect better quality.

I have 4 of these and wear them daily, but I returned the navy blue one. Why? Because it has a bright blue zipper that is incredibly tacky! How disappointing! If it was made with a navy blue zipper I would buy it.

I had high hopes for this sweater fleece, and the blue color was beautiful, but, the pockets where lined with WHITE fabric. The pocket placement caused them to gap when un-zipped, so it was just cheap looking. If a single photo of the jacket had shown it with unzipped pockets, I wouldn't have purchased it. As it was, I returned it, disappointed, as it was too expensive to keep if it wasn't a home run. I purchased another brand of plain (not sweater) fleece for half the price, and it has more thoughtfully placed pockets that do not gap and are lined in a dark color.

Pay attention to size. I have this jacket in a large petite based on reviews. It is big enough to put a layer under for more warmth. I just bought another one in a medium petite (my normal size) that is too tight in the chest. I did not plan on layering this one hence the smaller choice. I measured it against the petite large and it is 5 inches smaller in the chest! The size chart was not accurate in either case. Be careful. If possible go to the store and try one on! Otherwise it is a great jacket...

This item has problems with the zippers in the pockets. The zipper on first one I received came off the track with no apparent way to fix. I received a replacement and it did the same thing.

I loved this jacket when I saw it online and when it arrived in the mail. I had a similar LLBean jacket to this one for many years and loved it. Unfortunately, on the second day when I went to wear it, I saw that zipper had broken on one of the pockets. Zippered pockets are a must for me to keep keys, phone, wallet, etc. from falling out, and so sadly I returned this jacket.

I love the look of this jacket hanging in the store. When I found one in my size (I usually have to get a 1X size in LLBean tops to get the sleeves to fit) I ordered it right away. I hadn't noticed while looking at them in the store that the pocket lining didn't match the outer jacket & is often visible while wearing it (no the sizing isn't incorrect) It was some sort of flannel white-ish gray color that I have found in inexpensive jeans. Still debating whether to keep or not as I really DON'T like that look.

I bought this full zip fleece because I wanted pockets that zip up. (I am tired of having my iPhone fall out of my pocket when I sit down.) LLBean calls this a "sweater" fleece. It is not soft material like a sweater, a bit stiffer perhaps because of a synthetic fabric used. However, it's ok. The mallard blue color is lovely and the fit great. And it is warm. The problem is that within two months, the zipper on the right pocket failed to work. I opened it, and then when I went to zip it up closed, it wouldn't. On closer inspection I saw that one could not see the bottom stop of the zipper (was it sewn inside the garment?), and that the zipper tracks were quite lightweight nylon. I think the zipper had pulled apart and there was no way to get the slider to join up the two sides and get it to work again. I have bought full zip fleece jackets from LLBean before, and ones with zip pockets, and this is the first time I have seen a zipper like this. A better quality zipper is needed.

Wish it was better quality. It's very flattering on, but both pocket zippers have stopped working, & arms have developed a huge amount of pills after having been worn only 3-4 times. This is the 2nd review on a product I have written in the last month, after NEVER having a problem in the 40 odd years I've been ordering from LL Bean. What's up with Quality Control.

This was a very nice jacketwarm but not bulky. I returned it because high necks like this are uncomfortable and annoying for me. I would have kept if it had normal collared neck.

The quality was nice but the arms have almost no stretch at all and are the smallest plus size arms I've ever encountered. I'm almost always an XL or 1x, and the 1x didn't fit at all. I really wanted to like this, but I would need to order a size up and wouldn't be able to wear anything long sleeve underneath even in the bigger size. For $100, just not what I'm looking for

I bought a sweater/fleece jacket last year in a large, and it fit perfectly. I recently bought the same jacket in the same size, but in another color, It didn't fit the same. It was cut smaller and was too tight. I returned the sweater for an exchange one size larger.

Unfortunately, this purchase did not live up to my expectations. Bought this to wear to a trip to California to visit family and thought this would be a good travel choice. The very first day, on the long plane ride, the zipper on one of the pockets broke. The sweater did not look very good as the pocket gaped open with no zipper. I want to return this as soon as possible. I am so disappointed that this happened after buying it specifically for the trip.

Devilishly difficult to take off even with wearing the lightest sweater. Sleeves are too narrow. Love the color, but may return it.

I didn't care for the fabric texture and the cut just wasn't complimentary on me

I purchased one of these years back, and it's still in pretty good shape. I would buy another in a heartbeat if only LLBean would remove (or modify) the too conspicuous label from the front of the jacket. The label could, for example, be smaller, or embroidered (same color as the fleece), or placed at the hem of the sleeve or the waist. It could be eliminated altogether from the outside and placed inside at the nape of the neck (as was the case with my older one). If anyone actually reads these comments, it is clear that the label is a point of contention for many. Please listen to your customers.

Sleeves too short, hit above my wrists 2 inches. Otherwise a great jacket, very warm and well made.

I waited to get this jacket until it was on sale, was very excited when the very pretty lavender was! I've had it less then 1 year, only really have worn it this Fall. I'm SO disappointed that it's pilling. I expected much more from Bean. I've been shopping with them for years this jacket does not have the quality I expect.

I wanted to love this fleece, but the neck was stiff and if I didn't zip it fully the collar would annoy my my neck. It's a warm sweater and the fit is nice. I liked the length too. It wasn't right for me and I took it back.
