I bought this as a back up to another, similar, well-worn LL Bean full-zip fleece that is very versatile and that I wear a lot, except in the very coldest weather when I wear my warm LL Bean parka. My old fleece is beginning to show its age so I wanted to have a replacement on hand. This was the closest thing I could find. However, I prefer the color of the old fleece a more vibrant violet blue. Most importantly, the old fleece doesn't show the LL Bean logo prominently on my chest. I prefer to wear clothes without a logo and wish I could remove it! Please LL Bean, take note that not all your customers want to be a walking advertisement for your brand!!!

I love this jacket! It's the perfect weight with the right number of pockets! Unfortunately I haven't had the jacket very long and the right side pocket zipper came apart. Returning this item and hoping the defect is a fluke because I really like the jacket otherwise.

This is my second sweater fleece because I wear it all the time. I didn't like the LL Bean Logo sewn on the front (my old one doesn't have this) but I was able to carefully remove it.

I love this jacket! I did have to return my original order for a larger size - seems like it ran small and not true to fit sizing. The only reason my review didn't get 5 stars, it's difficult to put on because the jacket does not have a nylon lining. Other than that, I also like the fact that it has 2 inside pockets as well as the pockets on the outside that do zip - hopefully I won't lost keys, etc.

I have purchased several of these jackets in the past few years. This newest one seems lighter in weight than my older ones. I like it ok but prefer the previous version.

Material is substantial;and nice but the sleeves are rather slim and rather tight... Design is attractive ..casual not sloppy.

This fleece sweater is a beautiful color of blue. It is warm and fits nicely. My only complaint is that the pockets are white so that when you leave them unzipped they stick out like a sore thumb. If you can't put your hands in your pockets without unzipping them it is annoying.

It fit well ,3x , if a little fitted. I loved the inside pockets. It was perfect for the flight.

It's nice and warm. The outside is a cable-knit look, the inside a medium fleece. The red marl is a good true red color. It runs small. My best size is a petite large: I got this in a large but it's considerably more trim than I expected. I removed the logo to make it a bit more dressy. Thank you, LLBean, for making that possible.

This sweater in lighter blue color is beautiful! However, I ordered the length by mistake. Needed the longer length coverage of Bean's other sweater fleece jacket. Bean's return and exchange policies are the very best in the business. Love you, L.L. Bean!!!

Comfy and fits well. Would have rated it a 5 except the pockets are made of an off white fabric. Thus when pockets are not zipped, the white takes away from the overall look.

Nice construction, slightly shaped for a feminine look, warm and cozy. Hip pockets are lined and diagonally slanted--who needs visual bulk around their hips? There's even a small zip pocket over the left bicep for keys, etc. I ordered a tall, although I am only 5'7", to insure my waist and rear were covered. Nothing worse than a cold draft up the back! Sleeves are a big long for me, so I roll them--still looks cute. I got the sailcloth color, although I would actually prefer more of a solid cream or winter white. Maybe you could bring one back?

I bought a jacket several years ago in gray. I love it! It is 3 season warm, a great length, very nice looking, and slimming. It still looks great. I purchased a second last year, worried it would be discontinued. I bought a blue one, and the color is beautiful! I have two problems with it. First the bright colored logo really sticks out on front . I really dont care for that or logos in general. I colored it in with fabric marker, and it looks better! The bigger issue is the large pocket linings are white! Whenever you wear the jacket unzippered those white linings can be seen, bright white against the deep blue. Looks terrible. Kept the jacket and just keep it zippered. Bean, this is a real flaw in an otherwise lovely jacket.

Love all the sweater fleece jackets; bought them in several colors. They are warm and stylish. However, I do not care for the contrasting trim on the raisin brown (and on others also). It makes the jacket look too busy. And I would like to see the jacket in black like the men's.

Relatively warm when worn over a tee, looks neat, easy to wear. It does pill however. Haven't laundered so not sure about that outcome. I purchased a color that discontinued and love it: a raisin color.

Very nice warm jacket and a beautiful blue color but a few suggestions to make it better: 1. change pocket fabric color, the white sticks out too much when pockets are not zipped. 2. Line back and sleeves on jacket so it's easier to get on, it's difficult to get on as it grabs onto the clothing you are wearing.

I love this jacket. It is warm but not too bulky. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the zipper came off the track on one of the pockets less than a week after getting it.

I bought this in two colors. It's very soft and comfortable. Medium weight, perfect for fall walks. Slightly fitted, it looks nice too. My one complaint is the length of the sleeves- they are pretty short for a fleece sweater. They barely cover my wrists when I extend my arms. Wish they were longer but not a deal breaker.

Unfortunately, I had to return this sweater b/c of the white pockets. I wear my sweaters unzipped so they were too noticeable. Hence, my 4 star rating. Everything else was quite nice about the sweater. It is a bit more fitted, so if you are in between sizes, I would order up. I normally wear a petite medium, and this size fit well but just a bit more snug. I would have kept the sweater if the pockets are been a different darker color. I

This jacket is really comfortable. I usually wear a medium but followed the advice of others on here and bought a size up and got a large. It fits nicely. The reason I gave it a 4 is because the pockets are white. Wish they were the same color as the blue in the jacket.

I bought this jacket in Fall 2019 when it had a hood on it. I love the jacket but why did you remove the hood? I used the hood often.

It runs a bit smaller than the three others I have purchased. It is disappointing that I can only wear very light weight shirts under it. Sure can't wear a light sweater. The sweater fleece has always been my favorite jacket, but now I am afraid to order another one.
