People often think of a blanket or comfort food; me I think of this sweater that wraps me in warm. I love the fact that it's cotton which I find very durable yet when the threads are large weave into a comfortable garment that lacks the scratchiness of other fabrics. I got a small for my petite frame and found it perfect. In fact, I'm wearing it while I write this sweater that I highly recommend.

Perfect fit and length. Friends asked me where I got it.

I read all the reviews on this sweater and found them very helpful. My arms are a little on the short side and the sleeves come just to my hands. I don't have to roll the sleeves up, so I avoid the huge lump of fabric my wrist would experience when writing. The sides are a comfortable length at just below my rear. Also the sweater is so soft. I plan on getting 3 seasons of use here in Michigan. Oh and I went out on a limb and bought a second one. One in Navy and one in Camel. These sweaters are interwoven with white yarn so be sure to zoom in. It's less noticeable in the Camel. Pricey so wait for a sale.

Very attractive sweater, really soft, and great construction, will not stretch or lose it's shape. Attractive enough to wear with evening slacks yet versatile enough for jeans. Very comfortable and is now my favorite sweater. It is a heavier sweater so can be used as a coat if not going to be outside very long with temps in the 40's. But fabric is soft and mostly wear indoors over a lighter weight blouse. Very happy with this product. Bought one for my co-worker as a Christmas gift and liked it so well that I purchased one for myself in 2 different colors.

Got this for winter and it is perfect for the cold weather

I gave this as a gift to my daughter. We both agreed it is very flattering and nicely made. I cannot say anything about wear and washability, as it is still new and hardly worn.

This sweater is warm, cut nicely, layers well and looks good with jeans or dress slacks at work.

What a beautiful sweater. Its very comfortable and warm. I wash and dry this sweater every time I wear it and it still fits as good as the first time I tried it on. I'm a regular L.L. Bean online shopper and I've never had a complaint with their products or their customer service staff. Thank you!

My 20 year-old granddaughter loves this sweater. It has enough structure to make it a classic fit. She especially likes the two front pockets. It's comfortable and looks great with both jeans and dresses.

I love this sweater. It is very soft and drapey. It's warm but not too warm. And the weight is good. Sometimes this style bothers the back of my neck if it's too heavy but not this one. I think an XSmall might fit me but I like this size because it's roomy enough to slip over anything I'm wearing without having to fight myself into it.

I prefer cotton sweaters to ones that are wool. This is cozy and the length goes with anything from jeans to a short skirt. I'm combining it with solid colored sleeveless tunic tops that I already own.

This sweater is wonderful! The week I received it, I wore it practically every day just because I liked it so much! It is a great weight, super cozy and soft, and the perfect length. I love that it has pockets big enough to actually hold stuff and the oatmeal color is a nice natural tone that goes with everything. Plus it's cotton which makes it extra comfy and easy to care for. Very flattering and the medium fits perfectly. I am excited to wear it for years to come!

I love the sweater, the weight and length and do wish that it had a couple of buttons to snug it together.

This was supposed to be a Christmas present for me from my husband. It's never going to make it under the tree because I can't stop wearing it. It's warm and comfortable. It is also very versatile and can be dressed up or down. It looks great with jeans, slacks or skirt/dress. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Love the patch pockets, I always seem to need to have a hanky. It is warm without being bulky. The color is a bit odd - I thought I got wheat but it seems to have a bit of pink in it but it doesn't go with pink. Never mind, I like it anyway.

The sweater is of good heavy cotton material and must be taken care of very carefully. I found this out when I washed it it when I first received it. It is well worth the price and I would order it again. As all L.L. Bean products it is of very good quality!

Just the right weight for late fall. Color is as expected. Pockets make it perfect.

I was looking for an off-white cardigan and tried this one even though it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I thought maybe the white/beige marled look would work if light enough. Boy, and I glad I tried it. It's currently my favorite sweater. I get a compliment from my daughter every time I wear it, and she doesn't really like my "style". I even ordered the navy blue one. She likes it, too. Both fit me the way I like to be fitted in sweaters, loosely but not over-largely. The only minor, minor detraction is the blue sweater sheds blue lint on my white blouse or sweater underneath. LLBean needs more colors in this line.

This is my new favorite sweater, it's thick and warm, the color (teal) is beautiful. I live in Alaska so it's perfect for our cold winters. Thinking about getting another one in a neutral color. Highly recommend this sweater.
