This is the 3rd cotton funnel neck I've bought fr LLBean. This one was slightly different with ribbed cuffs & hem. I much prefer them without ribbing - especially for layering. It's a good quality sweater that will last a long time.

I love the color and feel of the sweater but unfortunately I will be returning it due to its lack of sleeve length.

Beautiful sweater, warm, but too bulky for my thin build. Uncomfortable around the neck.

Did not like how the material felt.

Prior to washing, and after 2 weeks of wear indoors, sweater is looking old already with pilling in evidence on many surfaces. I like the fit and the color as well as the warmth but I am disappointed in its appearance.

Sleeves and torso length are short. No tall size offered but I'm right on the cusp. The lengths should've been more adequately manufactured for this style but were not.

I bought the black and white version of this last year and just loved it - great fit, nice soft cotton - so this year my husband got me the blue one. Not sure if I am going to keep it. Fits funny - too long, tight in the belly and hips and big in the shoulders and chest) the cotton is already pilling, and is a little scratchy too. Wondering if I wash and then reblock it if I can salvage it. Hate to make him feel bad by returning what he thought was a winner of a gift.

This sweater was not for me. More fitted than I thought. Showed every bulge. I had to return it.

I ordered this sweater in the blue, a beautiful rich blue, in my normal size medium petite. I was disappointed that it was a too-tight fit. Perhaps it is the nature of the fabric, but it was pilling as I pulled it out of the bag, not a feature I want to live with. I returned the sweater.

Beautiful sweater, but started pilling the 1st day I wore it. Worn it twice now, and already had to "shave" it, which makes me concerned for its longevity.

It smaller than I expected sleeves too short and clings to body.

I was so excited for this sweater but when it arrived, while sized as a Tall, had sleeves shorter than some of my non-Tall clothing. And with it being cotton it would only get worse with washing so I had to return.

Ordered 3 of these because I only wear cotton sweaters & they are hard to find. The Saddle and Navy/Bright Blue colors arrive and I did not even take them out of the bag before shipping them back. The Saddle color was an odd two toned orange color and one of the yarn colors had a shine to it. The Navy/Bright Blue color just looked "off". Both of these colors looked super cheap, like a sweater you'd get at the big box "wal" store. The Sea Green was on back order. Hopefully, this color will be a more subtle, attractive color. The first 2 colors were very disappointing.

I bought this sweater a month or so ago in a beautiful blue color. It fit perfectly. I was so pleased that I ordered two more - one in ochre and the other in a light green. However, after I wore the blue sweater, there was lint on everything I wore under it. I'm still removing lint. I returned the other two sweaters, because the copious amount of lint was a deal breaker.

This sweater color was very pretty and the sweater looked nice too. Unfortunately, I ended up having to return it because it was a bit too heavy for me and the style didn't suit me. I'm sure it would look great on others just not me. I did really like the fact it was cotton, so hard to find these days, everything you purchase now days seems to be microfiber. (not fond).

I was so exited to see that LL Bean was finally selling women's tops in tall sizes! I have this exact sweater in a regular size M, but the sleeves are too short, so I have to kind of look roll them up so I don't look like a kid who just had a growth spurt. I ordered the same sweater in an M Tall. Unfortunately, the sizing is still a little weird for me. The torso length of this sweater was really long, and I have a LONG torso even for a person of my height (5' 10). And sadly, the sleeves were still too short! This is not an issue that I usually have with tops in other brands, long or otherwise. BUT I am still keeping the sweater because I like the way it looks, even if the fit is kind of wonky.

My second cotton rag wool sweater. Loved the first one my daughter gave me so I decided to buy a blue one. Not the same quality or roominess of the first one. Disappointed

The quality is nice, but I found it to be shapeless, constricting and heavy. This may not be your experience, but it's mine. I am 5'7", 190, and got the xl. It fits ok, just not flattering on my frame. I didn't like the feel of it on my skin. Again, just my experience.

I loved this sweater when it was done in a different fabric, so i took a guess that i would enjoy this one just as much. Unfortunately the cotton rag material did not suit me. I sent it back. But dont get me wrong, it was a lovely sweater which i am certain MANY people will enjoy.

This sweater was stiff and scratchy when it arrived. I washed it in cold water and air dried. It shrunk a full size! I wish I had retuned it and never washed it. It will likely go to Goodwill. Poor quality for LL Bean

This is a cute sweater that I unfortunately had to return as I bought the small but the sleeves kind of shrunk up when I washed it. Yes I laid it flat to dry as instructed. Best to buy one size larger.

This sweater COULD have been perfect, but (as several others stated), the sleeves are strangely short. The cotton is soft & comfy, the sweater length is good & it's a pretty color. However the sleeves are shorter than my upper wrists and look & feel awkward. Sending back.

I ordered this sweater in "Darkest Gray" and expected to received a very dark gray sweater. The color I received was very disappointing - dull & drab... more like a medium gray color mixed with a light pinkish color. Size was fine - I ordered size "Regular-Large" because I like my sweaters to be bigger. I am returning the sweater because I cannot stand the color.

I really like this sweater but the sleeves are too short.
