Fit is snug, sleeves shorter than anticipated. It's a beautiful sweater, but I'd order up a size if I ordered again. I'm 5'4, 125 lb

I really like this sweater. I ordered the large but returned it for the extra large which looked better on me.

Comfortable warm sweater perfect for autumn days and I'm sure will wear well during winter months. Be aware that when washing for the first time you should wash it alone as it sheds like crazy otherwise it's fine. Line dry.

This is a lovely and flattering sweater but it is all cotton and for me, was quite scratchy around the neck Didn't expect that from cotton

Size seems to run a bit small. But otherwise, very nice sweater.

Great weight and quality. Neck stands up nicely and is finished well. Overall impressed with quality. Bought the small tall and as usual with womens talls, the proportions are not right. Arms were still 2" short- but easy to push up.

I love almost everything about this sweater. The only thing I am not wild about about this and most other sweaters these days are that they are too long. Everything hangs below my jackets.

Good-looking mid-weight put-over sweater. I took off one star just because it`s not real soft, but it is fairly warm. Also, I have not as yet washed it. Right now it fits well; I got the M, and I`m approx. 5`6" and weigh just about 150lbs.

I love this sweater. The color (blue marl) is beautiful and I love the roll neck and raglan sleeves. It is the perfect weight for spring and fall and would work in winter with a turtleneck underneath. The only reason for 4 stars is the length. I am fairly tall (5'8") and find the sweater to be way too long. It isn't meant to be a tunic and really isn't quite long enough to be one, but it is too long for a normal sweater length. It his the belly just under the fullest part and therefore emphasizes my "mature" figure's faults. I wish it was about 2" shorter. Otherwise, it's perfect.

I really wanted to love this sweater, but I find it just OK. If I had not already worn it for the better part of a day I would have returned it. Maybe it is the gray color that leads to its somewhat lumpy texture, and maybe that is a feature of cotton rag sweaters In general. And altho it is a petite it is quite long, longer than other LLBean petite sweaters. It would probably be great for women who wear skinny jeans or leggings. Other reviewers had commented on its length and I should have paid more attention to that.

I found one of these in a thrift store, years ago, and it finally wore out, the day before this picture popped up on my email. It was a sign! Still as soft, and nice, and looks as long-wearing. I will probably order another, soon.

I really like these sweaters; I look for this style every year. I just wish they come in more au courant colors, although I know that isn't L L Bean's thing. A simple shape, a great fit, washablesofter colors would make it perfect.

This is a nice, warm sweater. I like how it looks and fits. It's long in the torso, but in the sleeves the tall size feels more like a regular. Is LLBean only extending the body length for Tall clothing?

Sweater is very comfortable but would have preferred it to be a bit shorter in length. Definitely a tunic length. I would have tried a petite M but not available and likely the sleeves would be too short. A regular S might have been a better choice as the sweater does stretch out quickly (one wearing). Plan to wash and put in dryer on low for a short time to shrink a little. Overall pleased with purchase - color feels like spring!

This is a nice medium weight cotton sweater. I love that it is cotton but still has some warmth. My only issue is inconsistency among colors in terms of sizing. I bought the oatmeal in store and the fit is perfect. I ordered the sage green online in my usual size and it is two inches longer than the other one. Sleeve length is also longer. It will still work for me and I will wear it with leggings or slim pants. It also is slightly lighter in weight and texture, almost like a different sweater. So I do like both of them, but I also expect a company like Bean to make sure sizing is consistent among different colors of the same item.

I love this but it was already pilling after one wash ( I flat dried). I have a bunch of the cotton rag sweaters and I only have had this issue with this one. Nonetheless, I love the fit and the color and I will obviously continue to wear it!

Like the feel - sleeves are a little short - good color

This is a very nice, true to size sweater. I bought the navy in a medium. It is much heavier weight than I expected but would be great for colder climates. The only negative is that the sweater pills as you wear it.

Love the fit, feel, and comfort of this sweater but it seems to pill with wear.

I had ordered the blue but not readily available so I ordered oatmeal and the color and shape were wonderful but it so totally lacked any warmth at all that I decided to keep the blue and returned the oatmeal. Had they had any warmth at all, or been less expensive, I'd have kept them both.

Love this sweater. Soft and true to size. As someone with longer arms I wish the sleeves were a little longer.

I had bought a regular large at the LLBean store. I'm 5'10. It fit perfectly!! The label said wash in cold water, so I was skeptical. It's 100% cotton. I then ordered the Large Tall and I'm glad I did. It was a little bigger than I wanted until I washed it in cold water on delicate setting (who does that? This is supposed to be (outdoor) LLBean clothing??) . The sweater did "shrink" a bit and now fits fine. I'm SO glad I went with the Tall.

Super comfy sweater. The bottom of the sweater tends to fold up when wearing while sitting for long periods of time as I tend to do at work. Other than that I really like the fit and how well it washes.
