Bought as a gift for daughter who mentioned she needed a new Bean sweater fleece.

Warm, flattering jacket with no extra bulk. Fuzzy inside but nice knitted sweater on outside.

This jacket is really nice. Or maybe it's a sweater--a nice combination of both. I ordered a small: it fits well--not too baggy, but still enough room underneath for a layer or two. The slightly longer length in back is comfortable. The color "sailcloth" (pale tan) is great--will go with everything. Good weight, too, for cool evenings. My only complaint: the LOGO! Oh my goodness, LLBean, why put such a dark logo in such a prominent place? Or any color logo, for that matter. I do not want to be a walking advertisement. Luckily, the stitches came right out with a pair of sharp sewing scissors. Please keep the logos inside your garments.

I love this fleece, it's comfortable, durable and true to size. I have it in two different colors and wear one to work regularly. I even bought one for my friend for her birthday and she loves hers!

This is now my favorite jacket. I got the pewter and it is not your ordinary fleece jacket. It looks more like a sweater. The fit is perfect and it it's very comfortable. Perfect for NC winters.

I liked this jacket so much I bought a second one in a different color! It washes beautifully, without shrinking or stretching. The Petite size range gave me sleeves that stop where they're supposed to! It's comfy to wear and I always smile when I catch a glimpse of my reflection in a glass door or window. True LLBean quality.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this jacket! It We live in the south so I didn't want a jacket that was too heavy. This is perfect for our winters and very nice looking as well.

I just love the fit. Love the feel of the fleece inside and outside. A fine purchase. Would buy more but colors are limited for my taste.. oh yes the weight is just perfect for a fine fall day.

I originally ordered a Medium in this jacket, but it was too big. I exchanged it for a Small which ended up fitting perfectly. I absolutely LOVE this jacket and it may be my #1 most favorite item I have ever ordered from LL Bean. I have found that it is my "go to" jacket for cold thru mid-cool weather and I have worn it a LOT. Great job, LL Bean! You hit a home run on this one!

Fit is true to size. Not too tight nor too loose. Jacket is not heavy but blocks wind and keeps me comfortable. Color is amazing.

This sweater jacket is warm, comfortable, and very nice looking! It is a tad big as XXS is usually a better fit for me, but really like it.

The fit, the fabric, the warmth, the breathability, the color...exactly what I was looking forward. Thinking about ordering a second one in a different color!

I first bought this item 2.5 years ago (in pewter). I thought I'd wear it as a jacket on cool days but found it was the perfect "inside sweater" for our frigid Chicago winters. I've since bought 3 more in different colors because no other sweater keeps me so toasty. While I purchased the small size for the first 2 sweaters, the 2 purchased this year seemed to be sized a bit larger, so I bought extra small. The high quality remains the same, however, and I can't praise this excellent Bean product enough!

Excellent garment construction and quality materials. Super warm! I wore this with a silk base layer and long sleeve performance T-shirt underneath and actually got overheated in 20 degree weather. It was well worth the money and the colors were nice. One suggestion regarding the fit and design however - I could have used a little more room in the upper arm. It wasn't tight but it was snug (I have big arms - I'm heavy) For the extra large women's sizes, maybe a raglan sleeve would be more comfortable. Overall an excellent purchase though - I love it!!!!

First ordered long coat style and liked so much I ordered jacket style in same color. Greatest items in years. Many compliments. Always satisfied with llbean.

I really like the material and the construction is excellent - great attention to detail, especially around the zippers. It is warm, but not too warm. Looks good open or zipped up. A classier look for a fleece-sweater-jacket combination.

It is very comfortable and plenty roomy. I love the color and I have had many compliments on it.I can layer my clothing so on colder days I can wear a sweater under it but on warmer days it's very warm.

I actually saw a woman wearing one and told her how great it looked on her. During the conversation she asked if I'd like to try it on and I did. The fit was perfect! The soft lining is wonderful! I'm so glad I have it. I liked it so much I knew my daughter would like it as well so I ordered one for her. She loves hers Too.

I am obsessed with this fleece. It is so comfy and warm. I literally haven't taken it off since I bought it. It has a lot of useful pockets too. May be buying a 2nd in another color!!

Love this fleece. Second one I've bought. Works as a jacket and also can be layered under a jacket.
