This is a cozy and comfortable jacket with a lovely heathered texture. I have it in Small Petite, and the arms are only a bit too long. My only complaint is with the prominent LL Bean logo on the front: Tacky!

I like this jacket very much. Its attractive, comfortable and fits well. But I do not care for the label that LL Bean is prominently sewing on its clothing recently. I gambled and snipped off the label from one jacket and luckily it didn't leave a mark.

I bought 2 of these last year and love them. I wanted to buy more but the giant label on the chest makes them unsuitable for everyday casual wear. I know Patagonia has a similar label but I wish LL Bean would take the high road and not expect their customers to be walking advertisements.

Completely agree with others that the undesirable label had to go. Truly, I wouldn't mind if LLB embroidered their name in monochrome thread along the bottom hem, but the bright, flashy patch had to go. I liked this jacket enough to try to remove it and am glad I did. I've returned other tops without making the effort. As others have said, just be careful to go slowly with your seam ripper (allow 15 minutes). 4 stars because I really shouldn't have to de-billboard myself. 5 stars on the jacket itself.

I have several sweater fleece jackets. They are warm without being too heavy and the cut fits well. The big negative for me is the large LLBEAN logo on the front of the jacket. The jackets that I bought last year have a discreet logo on the bottom. I do not like large company logos on my clothing.

This sweater fleece is wonderfully warm and cozy. Feels great standing still and feels great on a power walk. I am a size 22-24 and the 3X fits with room to spare, even with a hoodie underneath. I wish it was 2-3" longer in the front (note: it is longer in the back). It stops right at the waistband and I think it would be more flattering at hip length. Considering how short I am, it might be too short in the front for someone tall.

Everything is fine but the logo stands out too much. Feel like I am a walking advertisement for LLBean -- why not place it in a different area.....am recommending this jacket -- perhaps if a dark color is purchased I got the Sailcloth -- the logo will look better.

This is my second jacket. The first jacket did not have a logo and I wore constantly on a round the world trip. It was great because it looked a little dressier than a typical fleece so I could wear it like a sweater in nicer restaurants, etc. I ordered a new one but it came with a logo. Same great jacket but it can no longer pass as a step up from a fleece. LL Bean - please remove the logo!!!

I love the warmth this jacket provides without the weight. It's perfect for a brisk fall day. The bright color is great on a grey or cloudy day! I don't just love the LL Bean "tag" on the front (I think it was a monogram last year, which I liked better), but I still purchased it.

This jacket is my chilly-go-to: casual wear as well as evenings in pajamas. So cozy and keeps my neck warm which is a daily issue, even on warm evenings (this is an age-related issue that younger people won't understand...I'm pushing 70). I have two that I wear around home almost daily and, with multiple washes, there is some fleece and cuff band pilling, hence 4 stars. I would still recommend this jacket as the length and fit are fantastic and the ones (I have four) that I have for out-and-about are in perfect shape with no pilling. It will be MUCH longer before they show the signs of wear...I expect years.

Still too small. Can't wear a shirt underneath. I exchanged it once for a larger size.

I really like the fabric and color but sleeves at cuff are way to tight.

GOOD: Nicely made and is very warm. I first ordered a PS but returned for a PM so I could have enough room to wear as a jacket. BAD: the collar is stiff and seems to have padding and is almost impossible to get it to lay down. If you want it zipped all the way to cover your neck, you are good to go. If you don't and want it to lay down, out of luck. I will not buy again unless they change design. For size reference I am 5-4" and 115 lb.

This jacket is a nice weight, not too warm but just right. The body, however, is bigger in relation to the arm tightness. If I were to size up for better arm room, the already roomy body would be way too big.

I was excited to trade my old sweater for the same one, same color. The color, enlarged, did not show the brownish-yellow shade of this sweater coat. Returned my purchase.

I ordered my usual size but the jacket was too small and had to return. It is a nice looking jacket so disappointed I could not wear it.

Very tight fitting. Hard to pull up sleeves over long-sleeved shirt. Collar tight, small, and will not lie flat on neck. Warm, soft, cozy, but tight.

Nice jacket- true to size but the collar will not fold down.

I am really mixed about how I feel about this jacket. It really is a nice jacket, but the sleeves don't allow for even a medium weight sweater to be worn under it. It works fine if you're wearing short sleeves or long sleeve tee, but even a light weight sweater is a snug uncomfortable fit in the arms. I'll still get plenty of use out of it on unseasonably warm winter days and, I'm sure, spring days... thus the 3 stars.

Everyone in the photos must be wearing petite sizes because this fleece is extremely long. Down to my knees. It fits more like a long coat but the material is very thin, so it's just weird. And the collar doesn't fold down and just feels stiff and restricting. I cannot recommend.

The size chart is not correct. The sleeves, especially, run small. Not in the length, but they are too tight. (And I am a thin person.)

I loved this item when I was able to buy it with the hoodie version. The current collared version is not comfortable. Every time I turn my neck my face rubs on the collar please bring back the version with the hood

Just got this today. I ordered a medium/tall. I'm 5'3" approx. 140 lbs. This jacket fits very close. I ordered the tall hoping for a longer tail. Got maybe a couple of inches. The sleeves, surprisingly, are not way long, which is what I expected because I ordered "tall." I won't be able to wear a layer underneath other than a long sleeved t shirt. Pockets are nice. Color is beautiful. Not sure if I'm keeping it yet. I have a Katahdan from a few years ago and really like it but not offered in women's any more. Hope this helps.
