Cool shoes. Theyre not that comfortable right now( i got them yesterday) but as reviews say, they just have to get broken into. Im a true 7.5 and a problem I usually have with shoes that dont run in half sizes, is that I size up to 8 to play safe and they always run big. So because of this I was hesitant on what size to get so like always I got a 8. If you slide right into them, your foot will be just about at the very end, but if you wiggle it in youll have like half an inch to spare. I would say to size up if you preferably dont want to have to push your foot all the way to the front whenever you wear them just for your foot to not be hanging out

I don't think the shoes are worth the full price but my daughter really wanted them. That said they went 30%off two days after ordering. I called the company for a price adjustment and was told it was no problem and I should hear back within the week. Six (6) phone calls later and I have still not received a refund. I am an Ariat Insider and thus receive free shipping and free returns. What I should have done (and you should too) is reordered the item for the reduced price and then returned the first order. Now I knew this was an option when I started this process but I thought the right thing to do was to make a phone call to resolve the issue inside of costing Ariat additional fees for ship/return ship. However when the time came they did not do right by me and follow through on the promises made to give a price adjustment. Also I will add that yes I checked my spam folder, yes I verified with the rep that my email address was correct and yes I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told "they don't take phone calls". I have made so many purchases for my family and as gifts but after this unacceptable..and frankly ridiculous lack of customer service NEVER AGAIN

Shopping experience was easy and painless. Color and stock of item I was shopping for was spot on. Check out was easy. Only part was the lack of shipping options. Overnight/ express/ 2-3 day option for us that lack planning and need gifts in a hurry. But thats a me issue. Wife loves the slippers in pink.

Im a 8 1/2 and sized up to a 9 dont size down as I did at first and had to reorder. Great slipper and very warm wore them during Texass winter storm as I dont own any other warm shoes

These slippers are awesome! Very comfortable and warm. I did order a size up and I'm glad that I did, I usually wear a size 9. Ordered a size 10 and it was almost too small! But after wearing them for a few days and breaking them in they fit perfectly.
