Nice slippers. They loosen up soon after wearing them. Ive worn them for 2 months and they need washing. Not sure if they are machine washable.

I received a gift card from my son for christmas. I told him that I needed new slippers, and he told me to check out area because his wife had a pair and love them. So I went to the website ordered a pair, paid for them and everything was seemingly fine. Weeks later I received an email telling me that my order was canceled. I did not understand so I went to the website and found out that they canceled my order because they were out of stock. I felt this was totally unfair, as the order went through and the payment was taken. I really would have liked the slippers.

I have worn these one time. There is a kink in my right slipper. Again, Ive worn these one time and they were fine. Put them on tonight to be comfy for Christmas Eve and I cant wear them. The kink hurts my heel SO bad.

I am a size 7.5 - 8 in every other brand, so I ordered the Medium in these. They were both too long and slightly too wide. I returned for a Small and am thankful for the generous exchange/return policy. They felt like wonderful pillows for my feet the first few days, but in less than a week of wearing for only about an hour a day, the insole has totally flattened out. And now the color I bought (blue) is reduced to less than half the price I paid (early access Black Friday). Our family has five pairs of Ariat boots and their quality is outstanding. I need some warm slippers for winter so I will keep the these, but they don't measure up to the quality I expect from Ariat. The sale price is more in line with a fair price for them.

You gotta try these shoes! So soft and comfortable, you will want to wear them all day. When I put them on- I ordered a second pair. Excellent quality, easy to put on and easy to take off. Very durable. Very well made. Ariat you did it again- Love your boots, love these snuggle shoes.

Size needs to be updated. The slippers clearly read the sizes inside. Medium is 7.5-8. I always wear a medium in a house slipper. But not in these. I'm a 7 so these are a little big. But I removed the tags so I can't return them. Neither of your size guidelines are correct on here. They also are off on one side. The white lining shows

Both size tools are wrong on here. Inside the shoes the sizes are clearly marked. These are the sizes that need to be posted on here so people buy accurately. I always wear a medium and house slippers. I have a size 7 foot however these mediums are for 7 1/2 to size 8, so these are a bit big and I already took the tags off so I cant send them back. They are also Flawed one side shows the white whereas the other side does not. I will post a picture. Im sure most of these are not like that but this particular pair is they are cute and they are comfortable theyre soft. My only complaints is the lack of size information on the website .

Stitching came undone after a week l, reached out and nobody responded to me.

Never got my shoes. Customer service wont respond

The shoes fell apart within two weeks and no one from the company would contact me back about any kind of solution. The shoes were only worn inside for about 2 hours total within the two weeks. I live in south Arkansas so we dont get much cold but its nice to have a good pair of slippers when we do. I was very disappointed in not only the shoe quality but also the non existent customer service.

These slippers are everything dreams are made of! So warm and cozy and plush. Great quality and theyre SUPER cute! Would definitely recommend!

Great slippers!! Soft with good cushioning! Great for standing on your feet in the kitchen. Warm and cozy yet wont cause your feet to sweat in warm weather! Love mine!

I adored these slippers but the XL is too short for my AA narrow size 10 foot! It was a heavy pinch at the toes and at the heel, so I am returning them. Going to look for an open heeled size 11 slipper.
