Purchased an XXL for my son who doesn't usually run that large of a size but was looking for a roomy fit to layer sweatshirts & heavy sweaters under. He's 6', 210Lb. He loves this coat!

Terrific warm jacket, lightweight, hood is great. An interior pocket would make it even better.

I'm a woman but I wanted a roomie, cozy, super warm coat, and this one delivered. I was SO happy when I put it on and immediately felt enveloped in warmth and softness. I bought it too big on purpose and it feels like I'm wearing a big, soft blanket. It's incredibly warm, even through cutting winds. HUGE fan. I may never buy a "women's" coat ever again.

Nice jacket. Appears well made. Wish they put a more robust zipper in jackets now days, but it is not just this jacket. Bought this for my husband for Christmas and he stated that it is comfortable and warm. His only issue was that he wished the sleeves were a little longer. Bought a tall and it is perfect length in the sleeves when arms are down, but when driving the sleeves tend to ride up a bit too much. I will add cuffs to the sleeves and then the jacket will be perfect.

Light, compact, warm fie below 30 temps in the Mid Atlantic and easy to wear!

Nice go to winter coat that looks and fits absolutely great. Getting many of compliments.

I searched a long time to find a winter coat suitable for North Dakota winters for my 13 year old bean pole of a child. I know the quality of the coat is there, just hope that I sized up enough to allow my kiddo to wear the same coat two years in a row.

Bought this a few weeks ago and I am very happy with it. Incredible ability to keep me warm on chilly nights, while also being light weight. The inside vest area is a nice fleece feeling. I bought a large which was a good fit in length and width but the arms could be about a quarter inch shorter for a perfect fit. Overall great jacket, highly recommend for those cold nights (tested around 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit)

Very warm and comfortable, easy to move and not constricting.

I have had very high end tech gear and I was going to buy a more expensive LL Bean down jacket but for an urban every day jacket, this is more than great! The fleece lined back and neck are super cozy as are the hand pockets! When I walked out of the store I immediately knew it is as warm and wind stopping as advertised. Even little details like zipper function is great. Do I wish it had a chest pocket for my mobile phone? Yes. But the absence of one did not stop me from buying it. Highly reccomend!

I tried on most all the men's jackets in LL Bean and had the budget for a much pricier jacket, but this one just felt like home when I put it on. The touch of fleece around the inside chest back and neck is such an awesome touch and the jacket is still super light. It's a toasty warm jacket and the black doesn't look as drab as a lot of the pricier models with the great yellow highlights and interior. The main selling point for me was the comfort. A lot of puffies can feel like plasticy, a little like wearing a trashbag. Not this one. It feels like putting on a warm soft blanket. A hidden gem!
