So I originally ordered these in a 9...squeezed my toes and was very uncomfortable (narrow, skinny feet). Ordered a 9.5 and boy what a difference! They hang off a bit in the back but are way more comfortable. Love these shoes and will definitely order more. And as always, Zappos has the best customer service!

I loved this shoe! It felt super comfortable. However I had to return the original because I could not get my foot in. The exchange (a half size up) was also too small. This definitely runs a full size smaller than what I normally wear. Will repurchase!

Uncomfortable "cut", where the leather ends is right over the bony prominences of the top of the foot. Beautiful shoe, but could have been more thoughtfully constructed.

This shoe is gorgeous but runs extremely small. The leather is too hard to break in easily. Too bad. Loved the price.

Had to send these back. Ordered a bunch of shoes in my size and these were the only ones that I didn't even want to stand up to try walking in them. So tight and small I even double checked the box and shoes to make sure I was sent the right ones! These went back immediately.

I ordered these in the floral fabric. the heel is high so make sure you like the height but it runs very narrow all over. I normally wear a medium width but this shoe was tight from heel to toe.

I love the style of this shoe and the color is beautiful. I wear a size 12 and my feet are wide, the shoes are just to narrow. I wish I could keep them but I am going to have to return them.

I am quite surprised that these shoes felt narrow and ran small. I have never had an issue with Nine West. I am returning them but I will go up a half size as I really like the look of the pump.

I wanted to love these, but they hurt my feet so bad I can hardly stand to wear them! I have normal arch in my foot but I get that weird suction of air with these shoes. Not my favorite.

Great pump, very sexy and easy to walk in even with the high heel. I love this shoe, I ordered size 12 and they are small, so I'm going to try to stretch rather then returning them, because it is so hard to find such a great shoe in my size.

This is the first pair of Nine West shoes that I've had to return because the fit was so poor. I have 2 other pair of "Tatiana" Pumps so I am not sure why these didn't fit at all. They are extremely narrow and the front is so tight that there is no way you can get your toes in. Double checked the box and bottom of shoes just to make sure I didn't get a wrong size. So sad, because the print is really cute.

Size 5 was too tight where my toes were squished in the tip, size 5.5 was too big. Sad that I have to return both.

Grrr...I've barely worn this high heel since I ordered it. I mean, I've never even had to replace the caps. We're talking a maximum of 20-25 times to my office. The heel has broken on the right shoe and cannot be repaired. Cheaply made.

Normally I can wear Nine West 9.5 shoes for hours every day at work. I purchased these for a wedding next month and couldn't survive the walk to the bathroom and back. The toes really pinch.

The heel broke in 2 mins of wearing them. I sent them back. Very cute but poorly made.

I love pointy-toe shoes and I will admit Tatiana is a pretty shoe, but Tati and I are not a good fit. I normally wear a size 10, bought a 10.5 to have extra room. The shoe is still too tight and very uncomfortable; no give. Refuse to exchange to size 11! Bought two pair, both they must be returned.

Very disappointed. The shades of shoes were different and had to return. Also bubbled at the bottom. Not made well at all.

can't possibly go wrong with this classic. It looks fantastic with my black jump suit and my white zipper pants. It's not the most comfortable but I really haven't gotten them properly broken in yet! Every woman should have a pair. Of note - I have a yellow undertone to my skin and it is very complimentary.

I LOVE the style of these shoes. It was great that I was able to purchase them in (W)ide. Unfortunately, I had to return them because the heels are too high. Once upon a time, I lived in these types of shoes, but 2 years of Covid and bare feet/flat shoes makes it very difficult for me to be comfortable wearing them. I'm very sad.
