Paid extra for 2 day shipping and shoes came 10 days later.

Beautiful shoe but doesn't fit like a narrow. Width seems like a regular medium. Sadly, had to return the shoes.

These are very pretty and fairly comfortable shoes. The problem I had was that even on the tightest hole, the heel strap would slip down after a few steps

These are lovely looking and well made sandals however the sizing is not as described. I specifically ordered a wide width to accommdate my wide foot. While the shoe size marking does indeed indicate a 9.5W on the strap - there is no way the fit can be classified as a wide width. I can squeeze my foot into the and have decided to keep them but they are not at all comfortable and I will not be able to wear them for long periods of time. This is very disappointing.

This shoes fits more like a medium than a narrow, but very cute shoe. Wish it would have fit.

Pretty and comfortable at first but did not stay comfortable for the duration of the late afternoon/evening wedding I attended. I wish there was more padding on the ball of the foot area. My toe pads felt swollen towards the end of the evening and I wished I'd brought flats to change into. If I ever wear them again I will make sure it is for an event that is no longer than two hours.

This is a very attractive dress sandal, but the quality is disappointing. The straps are not securely glued down under the sole, and are slightly tacky/sticky in the section closest to the sole, as if excess glue is on the straps. The chunkier heel is a great height and very comfortable, but I am concerned they won't last long. I hope they get through the event I bought them for!

Bought these cute shoes for my son's wedding. They arrived quickly and are reasonably priced for narrow width shoes, however, they just weren't as narrow as they should be. Had to take them to a shoe repair to have the ankle strap made smaller.

Beautiful shoe but runs narrow and not much support or comfort in the actual shoe. Wish it fit but was too narrow through the front so have to return.

Although the Vanessa Sandal looks pretty, I was disappointed at the scratchiness of the sandal. I also expected the tor to be more rounded. These are not the comfy sandal I expect from Naturalizer!

Though the shoes fit perfectly upon first wear, the straps stretch out so much that your toes start to dangle over the edge on the second wear. These are overpriced for the one-time use.

I really love the look and fit on my foot...it did not hurt my feet while wearing but could only wear for a few hours ... only draw back is that the stitching on the underside of the toe strap did cause abrasion/blister like irritation on top of my great toe...could not re-wear on the same day

I've not even worn them and the little stones are already missing.

I ordered them in wide, but they are not wide enough in the toe area. Also the glue for the stones were showing

In this wide width the foot bed is very comfortable but the strap that goes around the top of the foot around the ankle is way too loose.

The surface feels sticky, like glue hasn't dried under the sparkles, or it is degenerating from over exposure to heat? Hope it's secure!

There is no way to adjust the strap at the heel. Shoe fit, but strap was so loose it wouldn’t stay on without making it very unstable to walk.

Length was fine. Straps were a little tight, and their narrowness made them cut into my toes.
