When they said it fits a 13 inch laptop, I didn't expect my 12.5 inch work laptop to not fit without hardcore jamming in. Even the 13 inch MacBook Pro only fits snugly. Perhaps design a slightly bigger laptop compartment so it's not just limited to MacBooks?

I red and watched all those online happy reviews and decided to blindly buy it for commuting to work and carry fpv drone gear. It turned out to be a really bad experience.
It's UNCOMFORTABLE and INCONVENIENT to wear, carry in a bus, shop or getting around the town. To be honest I do not understand those happy people, may be they never had a good travel backpack in their life or something.
Here are the cons:
- Slippery. The backpack itself and what is more important -- straps. You hold itit on one strap it always slips off. Those cool rotating straps help them to leave your shoulder.
- When you put it on and try to make the straps tighten those slippery straps hard to grab. Or you grab it along with an another tiny strap on the metal ring.
- Link strap lock mechanism is just inconvenient. Instead of easy locking mechanism you have to search where the hook goes and apply force.
- Top handle. Tiny spacing between bag and handle -- you can't easily put fingers there. If you unzip bag from top and then carry using this top handle you can't zip it back. Because it misaligned and squashed until you put bag on the ground and then zip it.
- If you put your laptop inside, then you can't easily access the compartment in front of the laptop. You have to apply a lot of force if you want to put there your handbook or take out a pen.
- It creates pressure not around the whole back, it pushes in one place around the shoulder blades. You feel this point of contact.
- Pouch inside on the top is not convenient because hard to access.
In general after years of wearing a good 20L backpack (will not say what exactly) I can say that this is a just a travel case with straps. Do not get it blindly (online stores). And search for something else if you want really carry it around on your bag but not in your car.

I bought this specifically in case of wet weather, as my Billingham 35 was too small. The design is superb, thus 2 stars. But, while the shell may be weatherproof (as stated in the description), the zippers are not. A twenty minute walk in a windy rain (even using an umbrella) left any interior area within two inches of a zipper soaking wet. Edges of some items stored in the top section were also wet. Good, well-conceived backpack: yes. Weatherproof: no, and minus three stars for not being straightforward about that on the website.

I wanted to love this backpack. It was a thoughtful gift from my sister and I've eyed this backpack for months. I have broad shoulders and a wide chest and this backpack is too small. I've loosened the straps all the way and my shoulders feel pinched. So uncomfortable that I've stopped using this backpack.
