Not a stability shoe wearer. However, after a recent knee injury, opted for stability shoe just in case while I went through the healing process.
This shoe while it does not have a plate, it feels like it does due to the two different types of foams. The powerrun pb is placed in just the right areas. The weight or lack of it makes a huge difference vs other stability shoes or just other shoes in general.
The upper is breathable but not great. Loved the top front of the shoe.
Fit true to size with no break in period. Just completed 50 miles and no visible wear.

Near perfect for me but it could use a more padded tongue

I have used them to run three 5k's in the past month. I was a little worried because my feet are very flat, so I went a shorter distance the first time I wore them. After this, I knew I could start going my average distances, and it's going well. The pressure on my knees has gotten better too.

Great overall running shoe. The toe box is wide so that your toes never feel like they're cramping up. Well worth it

After 40+ miles, I love this shoe. To me, it's the highpoint of supportive shoe tech. It's lightweight, springy, and supportive. It feels like the perfect mix of the Ride and Hurricane, and I use it for easy, long, and tempo runs. The only hitch is that the laces untie pretty easily during a run, but that is a problem easily remedied with lacing or different shoelaces altogether - by no means a fault. A few weeks in, and I'm already considering getting a second pair.

Shoes fit really well, have some good bounce. They work great right out of the box.

Great shoe that disappears underfoot. Combination of neutral support from the firm foam along with super foam is superb.

I've suffering with PF and Cuboid Syndrome but these (Tempus) shoes have really made me fall in love with running again. I developed PF and cuboid May 2022 after running the spring marathon and lost my fitness due to my foot pain. I can say that these shoes have helped me get back on the road.

This shoe is stable but performs like a top neutral trainer. It really does everything well but excels at uptempo and tempo paces. I imagine this will be the first of many pairs I buy.

Excellent shoes, feel a bit strange at first since I don't need stability shoes, but after the first mile you get use to that. light weighted, and feel very good under foot, excellent for the long runs.

First time wearing these shoes was in Disney World. They really stood up to the challenge of the miles of walking and 12+ hours on my feet. They are very comfortable shoes

I have been running in stability shoes for a few years now. The Tempus is by far the best stability shoe that Saucony has made to accommodate my feet when running. These shoes were the perfect match for my feet right out of the box. I felt the stability on.
all three arched areas of my feet.

The Tempus has proven to be an exceptional shoe for what I was looking for. I previously wore the ASICS DS-Trainer for nearly two decades. I'm a larger runner at 6'3", about 200 pounds averaging with a PR of 7:03/mile for a 13.1. Historically I preferred a more minimalist feeling. Now that I'm in my 30s, I had decided to switch things up to proactively protect my knees. So I chose the ASICS Novablast 2. Great shoe but problem was it was too cushy for my feet and therefore I suffered a pretty severe ankle injury after my first 26.2. As it also turned out, I realized I needed more of stability shoe due to my flat feet. My own ignorance for not realizing the ASICS DS-Trainer was already a mild stability shoe. I was fitted for it when I was 11 and only up until the past couple of years expanded my running shoe knowledge.
Fast forward and my local running store (Fleet Feet) had me test out several options including the Kayano, GT-2000, Brookes Ghost among some others. It wasn't until I put the Tempus on my feet that I realized this was something really special.
The Tempus has been exactly what I was looking for. Something that offered some stability, and can be used for easy runs or tempo. The fact that this shoe has a super foam is a statement and the start of what will hopefully become a new benchmark in the industry. I've used this on my assault runner (curved) treadmill and have logged over 50 miles on the road. So if you need some stability and want a fresh take on what a shoe in this category can offer, I strongly recommend the Tempus as an option. (I did need to to get a 1/2 size up FYI)
Bravo Saucony. You've just brought in an 20 year+ loyal ASICS customer.

A solid shoe! I have a wide foot with slight pronation and this shoe is excellent. I was previously running in Hoka Ahari's and didn't love them. They were a tad too bulk and cushiony for my liking. I saw a few people talking about this shoe and it is worth the hype! The shoe is stable yet soft and doesn't feel nearly as bulky as my Hokas. I have about 50 miles on them and certainly don't think I'll be looking any further for my go-to shoe.

7:45- 8 min/mile runner, 6ft 3in tall, 84kg. perfect equilibrium between support, guidance, and lightweight for faster paces, yet ideal cushioning for long runs and marathon training. Loved it. and love the camp fire color.

6'0 220 lbs and over pronation. Spent $$$ and hours researching different shoe brands ended up with the Guide 15 which helped keeping my feet straight and light. The Tempus adds clouds to your heels so for people with plantar fasciitis that heel strike can sometimes feel like death but not with these Tempus shoes!!! I am able to run faster and longer and most importantly recover quicker.

Fantastic stability shoes - I have long wished for a softer, lighter, faster-feeling stability shoe and these fit that mould perfectly. Excellent heel and mid-foot stability with a unique soft foam feel. Was wearing Hoka Arahi's prior to this but I much prefer the Tempus. Please keep this line going Saucony! They are much more fun than Guides. My only critique is the colorways which are a bit bland - would love to see a white option.

I love the Tempus! My question is, are the laces in the Vizipro version round? From the picture they appear to be rounded laces as opposed to the flat ones in the regular edition. Thank you.

This new approach to guidance, incorporating a wide base, dialed-in upper fit, and PWRRUN PB, is unlike anything I've tried on the market today. Finally, there's something for those of us who want the energizing experience of running in the Endorphins but need more support! Saucony, please don't discontinue this shoe!
