I'm absolutely loving this shoe! I've worn the Guide for several years and switched to the Tempus this year. I love the stability along with the response that propels me forward.

I just purchased my 2nd pair of the Tempus Wide shoes. I'm 65 and have been running for about 15 years. Shortly after starting regular running, I was introduced to Saucony Guides. I think I may have started with the original model, stayed with them as my only running shoes until I tried the Hurricanes. I liked the extra cushioning of the Hurricanes. Then in went back to the Guide 15. Local running store rep said that if I liked the Guide 15, I would love the Tempus. He was spot on. I really like the combination of support, with a bit more cushioning than the Guide, and the light feel of the Tempus. I have used it for long easy runs and tempo runs while training for a 1/2 Marathon. I look forward to many comfortable miles on my 2nd pair. Hey Saucony, when will you offer a wide support shoe with a carbon plate?

I thought these shoes would also be good for walking and they are. Very comfortable and cushioned, also very good support in the foot.

Ran Chicago in this pair and it was light and comfortable all the way through. I have to wear stability and this is the best pair to make you feel like you're running in a regular shoe. If you like the Kinvara, but need a stability. This is it.

I brought these Tempus from a recommendation from a Saucony running advisor for my marathon. I could not more pleased with them. Little weight, fit perfectly and I made my BQ time by over 7 1/2 minutes.

This has become my go to shoe. They are stable enough that I have no issues with my ankles. I can do easy runs and pick up the pace in the same shoe. Love them.

Super comfortable and lightweight. Would never know it is a stability shoe. I was a Brooks person but the last 2 pair have been Saucony. Triumph and Tempus. The comfort and feel on my feet has definitely made me a Saucony person now.

The best trainer ever. Classified as a stability shoe, feels like a well balanced trainer. This is the shoe I recommend time and time again. Break-in is sub 10 miles. I have had three pairs of Tempest, over 350 miles on each pair. Comfortable, durable, light weight, great for recovery, great for tempo. Can't wait for Tempest V2.

I am not a runner but I've been running for many years occasionally. I didn't bother to buy a special pair of running shoes because I don't believe the ADs. Recently I went to local shoe store and was told I need stability model. I bought Tempus and started to use it. It is amazing. The change is unnoticeable but significant. I don't feel too special on these shoes but my running distance greatly increased. I used to feel pain after running 10k but now I can increase my distance to 30km on regular run without knees or ankle pain. I was shocked to see the change. I am looking forward to seeing more results.

I try hard to be critical when writing these but I honestly don't have anything negative to say. Competitive runner. Pacific Northwest. Pavement for the most part. Usually running 5 days a week. I'm a heel striker. I could feel the contour compliment my transition. I've had plenty of shoes absorb my heel-heavy contact well, but I've never had a shoe do this AND guide me through the transition this effortlessly. The spring was great! Not too soft, not too dense just responsive and fun! I like the rubber around the lace holes. The shoe doesn't feel like a clamp when it's tied tight. Lastly, they're very stable. I feel less at risk for rolling my ankle when I'm fatigued. These are IT!! My Brooks are going in the trash.

Great Shoe! As an overweight runner I wanted something with alot of cushion so I went with another brand that seemed to fit that bill, but due to to much cushioning I developed plantar fasciitis. I was then recommended this shoe by a pediatrist as I needed stability but I also needed enough cushioning. This shoe is basically perfect. Can't recommend it enough.

This is my second pair of tempus. My first pair (yellow) I got around 350miles before they were worn out. I still use them as walking or soft hiking shoes. This current pair (white) has been serving me very well (50+miles). The toe box is wide which I've really come to appreciate. Only complaint I'd say is I wish Saucony made more trendy color schemes. If you compare Saucony to other popular running shoe brands (Hoka, Nobull) it's seems to me these colors are a bit out of date and not current. However, I weigh comfort and functionality over aesthetics.

I usually don’t leave reviews on anything. I have an incredibly flat, wide foot (can’t run in a neutral shoe at all). This is honestly the best stability shoe I have ever run in. I have tried Hoka Arahi’s and a couple of new balance shoes and this shoe has blown me away. It is absolutely incredible and so stable. The best part is that it’s stable but provides so much comfort because of the PWRRUN foam. I do need stability because of how flat and wide my feet are (think of how flat a duck’s feet are and that’s my foot) as I also over pronate. This shoe is perfect for those needs. I would strongly encourage every person to try this shoe first before they look at any other stability shoes out there. The majority of stability shoes are so hard and provide little to no comfort or a ton of stability; this shoe is the perfect amount. This shoe will impress you so much.

These are not only the best Saucony running shoes I've ever run in, they are the best running shoes I've ever run in! I've run in Saucony Guides, Libery ISO and Hurricanes, in addition to assorted Nike and Adidas shoes. These are the best. They are the perfect combination of stability and support. I'm a bigger guy and run a few races, 10K and half's, a year, so these are perfect for me. My joint pain has significantly decrease after a few runs. I can't recommend these highly enough. Oh, and the orange is FIRE.

These are some of the best shoes I've owned in the last 2-3 years. I've progressed from the Triumphs, through the Hurricanes, and now to the Tempus. I moved on from the Triumphs due to needing more stability, but they were my previous favorite shoe. The Tempus' predecessor, the Hurricane, was a very good shoe but these are a definite improvement. I'm a huge fan of cloud like cushioning and these deliver on that while also providing the necessary support/stability to alleviate/prevent any foot pain I'm accustomed to. These things are also super durable. This is my second pair, my first made it 480-500 miles over 6ish months while I dropped weight from 250-205lbs. The majority of those miles were on a treadmill and the soles still looked practically new after all those miles. A new pair of Ons I recently purchased showed significant wear after the first 4 mile run. I've upgraded these to my outdoor shoe and have purchased a pair of Guides for future treadmill duty to change things up a bit. Saucony has really progressed with their stability shoes and I'm hopeful that their future iterations of these models will continue that trend. One request, color options that aren't on a white sole/midsole. Preferably black, but I'm down for anything other than white. Saucony has been a huge blessing in my fitness journey, thank you.

The Tempus is my favorite Saucony running shoe in ages and possibly ever. The bright (Visi)gold and Campfire Story orange colors help me run faster.

My favorite shoe! I've never worn shoes that felt as good as these. The cushion and support is fantastic. I feel a spring with each step. I have an arthritic knee and this one is a difference maker for my long walks.

I've been buying every new superfoam cushioned shoe on the market and these have exceeded my expectations by incorporating the two different densities of foam and placing them in a stable configuration. A great step forward for people that need a little more placement assistance.

Excellent support and cushioning. Nice spring on the rebound. Great replacement for the hurricanes. Bought two more after that first run.
