Nice shirt...a little thin, but good for hot weather or as a thin base layer.

Fits a little bigger than other smart wool products. Breathes well, dries fast. Fit should work for mountain bike and running.

I really struggle with reviews... most people write them within days of receiving the product which tells you little about durability and wear. The site also doesn't always provide the best options for questions that use canned selections. So, here is my Day 1 review: I am a distance runner and I was looking for a lightweight top to wear in warm weather that has a wool blend (because after 40+ years of doing this, I still find wool to be the best all-around material). I want it tight enough not to flop around and to wear as a base layer in the fringe seasons but not so tight that I look like, well, the model in the photo. I am 5' 9", 150 lbs with a 31" waist. I marked the fit as being 'Feels too large' - but it isn't. It's actually perfect. But that is because I read other people's comments and opted to get a small rather than my usual medium. Wise choice. The small fit me perfectly for my purposes. The Blueberry Hill color is true to the color on the site. The weight is thinner than most of my other wool tops but that is what I was looking for. We will have to see how well it lasts. I have given the shirt 5 stars because everything seems great. I reserve the right to change that after I put it through some southern Summer runs ;-)

Using the shirt for running in the heat and humidity of the foothills of North Carolina. I really like the shirt for its wicking ability. Feel like I one a Sweepstakes. Sweepstake

Good feel and product overall but long / lean folks beware, for some reason these are very "short and fat" holding the shirt up for the first time it's almost as wide as it is long

Super boxy cut. Wide, short and super loose neck opening
It's too bad the fit is terrible because the material is excellent.
The large I purchased would be ideal for someone 5'6" and 180 lbs.

orem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged

The T shirt is too short. The fabric is wonderful. This is one of two that I bought as an experiment. I won't buy any more.

Shirt materials felt great, but it seems like the fit just wasn't what I was expecting... fit was a little too big

NOT durable at ALL. I purchased 4 shirts (light blue, blue and red) in August 2024 for a trip. I loved the weight, comfort, and softness of the shirts as well as the odor protection. However, the fabric began showing wear and tear immediately after a single use - small holes were appearing all over. After just 2 washes two shirts have holes large than an inch and all have multiple more smaller holes.

Material is great, but sizing is odd. Purchased a couple in a Men's large and I wish they were 4-5 inches longer. Just cut really short for a large t shirt.

In warm weather, not even really hot, I sweat through this shirt and it's like wearing a wet piece of gauze. The regular weight seems to hold up better and wick sweat, but this is just sopping wet at the slightest effort. Only works well as a a little extra core layer for skiing or winter sports.

Have purchased many smart wool tops over the years. This is the first one that does not appear to be sized correctly. I'm 5' 10" and 165lb. All medium ops previously purchased were mediums. This medium was very large. Will be returning once we get home from our trip. I love all of out other smart wool purchases, just not this one

Ordered a S, my usually size, and it's way too large. Very baggy and too long. There is no smaller size to go down to.

Bought this shirt to backpack in and it pulled after the first wear. Pretty disappointed as it's an expensive shirt and hasn't happened with other merino shirts from other brands like icebreaker.

I purchased two shirts (light blue and red) in late August 2024 for a hiking trip to Austria and the Czech Republic. I was pleased with the weight, comfort, and softness of the shirts. However, the fabric is already showing wear and tear (both shirts have fabric runs, with the red shirt having three in the front and the blue shirt having one in the back) and I have only worn them perhaps a dozen times either to hike or to walk on my treadmill. I have several Smartwool base layers and am very pleased with them (no durability issues), so I am very surprised at the lack of durability, especially for what are really brand-new shirts.

I bought this in July for trail running. Once wet it sticks to my skin and does not breath. I wear a hydration vest and now the shirt has worn through in the back. This is my second shirt and the first one has been much more durable and they are supposed to be the same

The description says "body-hugging athletic fit". That's accurate for other Smartwool shirts I've purchased, including the early ultra lightweight shirts I got from Smartwool between 2017-2019. These ultralite shirts have a very different fit: they billow out between the armpit and waist, and hang loosely over most of the body. It would be "body-hugging" if I had an oversize stomach perhaps. Terrible.

These were no where near the 2X size offered by other providers. I returned them immediately. Images on your website show a man with a baggy fit. It's what I always order and yours were not 2X based on market standards.
