I tried several brands for a comfortable and supportive sneaker for Orange Theory high intensity workouts. This one is it.

Very comfortable, lightweight, bouncy. Feel fast with good lift-off. Comes with extra laces.

Light, cross trainer. I use it for OrangeTheory and its the best. Can easily transition from running, rowing to floor work.

Great lightweight shoe with great cushion. Wonderful for everyday and workouts.

Much improved over previous models. This shoe just feels better. In fact it feels the best on a little heel problem I'm having.

They are comfortable and I love the the colors. They arrived on time and are exactly as shown/described. I would happily purchase Saucony kicks in the future.

I have tried other Saucony styles, other brands and this is my go to shoe, love this shoe, it fits like a glove straight out of the box, no break in time needed.

I've bought these particular shoes repeatly for years. They are my favorite. I'm not a runner, but I use them for most everything...cross-training, walking the dogs, pickleball. They are really comfortable. I just wore them while I worked a 3-day conference where I stood most of the day. Normally, my back and feet are killing me at the end of each of these days. This time, they weren't. They are nicely cushioned and supportive. I got them in a size 7 in this model, which is my normal size. I have needed a 7.5 in previous years. I only have 4 stars as I don't love the look of this model as well I did the last one. It's not quite as "sleek". And, the only color left was the pink, which I don't hate, but I would not have prefered.

I choose saucony shoes time and time again. I like the way they fit, and are usually consistent when ordering a new pair. The color of this shoe was little duller than I expected but I kept them.

these shoes are were not what i expected- they are the tight nylon fit.... i prefer a regular sneaker fit. not the greatest cushion either , I think overpriced too.

I have been wearing Saucony for decades and decided to try the freedom 5 and I'm very disappointed. They feel like they have no cushion and are stuff. May be time to find a new manufacturer of exercise shoes.
