Love using these for my treadmill speed workouts. The have enough cushion but are light and good for quick leg turnover.

I'm a pretty big Saucony fan and have all sorts of different models for different purposes: trail running, workouts, races, easy runs, etc. I often run in the Endorphin Pro and Endorphin Speeds for road running, but I like to rotate shoes with different specs in order to prevent overuse injuries. I bought the Kinvaras because they have a lower drop and no carbon plate- Just wanted to add a good variety to my rotation. So far I've used them for a handful of speed workouts and I love them!!! They are super comfy and lightweight. I love a shoe that feels like it's barely there.

The kinvara 13 is a great lightweight running shoe. I use it for shorter distance running and track. Also comfortable for everyday use.

After several years in the Freedoms, I turned to Kinvara for more cushion. My feet feel more supported while still maintaining that "Earth contact" that was missing from other shoes that have too much cushion. I bought the turquoise color and I look forward to my runs with this light, comfortable and stylish shoe.

I love Saucony Kinveras, they are my go to for everything from running to running errands. They are very comfortable.

This is my second pair of this line of shoe. I do a lot of walking and it really helps my legs feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommend!

I've been running in these shoes for years and love them. They are comfortable and the 13s are so light you can't even feel them but still offer a nice cushion to absorb impact. Very happy with these shoes.

light as a feather, just-right sizing, and shoestrings that stay tied. they're perfect - once on, you don't have to think about them unless you just want to admire them. thanks, team saucony!

Saucony, for many years my first and only choice in running shoes. I am no longer able to run but this shoe ie absolutely perfect for walking, and I walk miles on solid comfort! This is my second pair! Infact, I am thinking of purchasing another pair just incase Saucony discontinues the line.

I've been running in Kinvaras since the 7s and they never disappoint. Light, comfy and always well designed, I wouldn't run in anything else. I have these in Turquiose, Campfire Story and Gold.

i did decide to return these, however, they were so awesome looking! i have an arch issue and i just wasnt sure if these were able to help with that. I did size up and i was glad that i did, they seem to run small. From friends advice, i do know that these are long lasting!

These shoes were comfortable from the moment I put them on. I wear them at my job at a hospital all the time. Lots of walking! The colour is also a plus. I get lots of compliments.

The ONLY shoe I will ever wear and I have tried others. When I say I have tried others, I have tried other Saucony that are recommended for walking. They just did not work for me. I walk an avg of daily 8 to 15 km a day as I train for the el Camino, this is the only shoe that does the job.
