I bought Narrow and the center of the shoe was too wide, but fit in the toe and heal. They were uncomfortable in the toe area when I walked in the shoes - the leather didn't give at all. I sent them back.

A pretty shoe but pinched my toes so I had to send them back. Thank goodness Zappo makes it easy.

Fit and size was fine and felt good on. Weak leather. Style was more orthopedic when on and the white sole stood out far more than anticipated.

Arch support is very uncomfortable. It felt just like a lump of hard foam stuck on the insole. No tapering from the edge of the arch support to the rest of the insole and the support itself is too hard, it should give a little.

Waste of money. I was very excited to get these and loved the look/fit. BUT, a week after wearing them they developed a popping sound on the right shoe that is very annoying. I had already thrown out the box and worn them outside, so it was too late to return. I tried taking them to a shoe repair, and the repairman tried taking out the initial layer and re-gluing, but it didn't help. He said there was nothing he could do beyond that - it was probably an air pocket in an area he couldn't get to. Very disappointing for something that expensive, but the sound is loud enough it's embarrassing and I can no longer wear them.
