I usually wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 for the sake of using my inserts, and to accommodate swelling from arthritis, so with the inserts this is a perfect fit. I'm certain without inserts a 9 would've been a good fit and spot-on. I know these are running shoes but folks, unless there is a bear or zombie after me, this old gal is not running anywhere. I specifically ordered these as the orthopedist reco'd a "rocker bottom" shoe because of the location of arthritis in my foot. I did some research and came across these, they're a god-send. Back when I actually did run, I loved Saucony's and was happy to give these a try, absolutely a great purchase. You "roll" thru your step instead of having to push off, this is critical for me; the design provides very good mechanics for the motion of walking, and I assume running. Great comfort and cushion at the heel, lightweight, and overall, very comfortable fit and feel. I may order a 2nd pair just to be sure I have a back-up!

I am new to this brand so first time wearing. Ordered a 7 M based on Zappos size recommendation, but found the 7 too short. Did a easy Zappos exchange for a 7.5 M. I would suggest sizing up. Am a walker not a runner and am pleased so far with the cushioning comfort for my sensitive feet. Finding them a little wide in the heel, but overall OK.

Stepping into the shoe it is comfortable and looks stylish. For the most part it is comfortable while walking. There is an iron patch/design on the side of the mesh upper. It's a bad placement in my opinion. As I am running it rubs my right toe and creates friction and tenderness. No issues with left shoe. I don't wear socks.

I usually wear 7.5 and ordered an 8. They feel like a 7.5. Overall pretty happy with these shoes.
