A little too stiff

Sizing was good and comfortable to wear. Can use as a rain coat and wind breaker. A good seasonal jacket.

I travel with just a carry-on luggage so space is a priority. My rain jacket takes almost no space yet gives me the piece of mind that if I get caught in a downpour, I can quickly put it on over whatever I'm wearing. I don't even need to pack a hat because of the hood! When I'm touring around, I can keep it in my purse, too. Best of all, the cut of it is great. Since we take lots of pictures, I'm thrilled that it makes me look thinner than other outerwear. I'd say this is all enough to make me want to sing in the rain.

Great jacket for spring/fall weather and also when it rains. The pockets are weirdly lofted, idk if they're for T-Rex arms but I just make it work. I wish the north face emblem was embroidered instead of screen printed. For the price, you'd expect embroidery

Casual wear

This is just about exactly what I expected. I love the color, light weight of it, and it fits true to size. However, I find the pockets at a weird place- they feel far back on the sides, not in a natural place. I also wish the waist drawstring was on both sides instead of one, because it gets really long on the one side. Otherwise, I love that it's made from recycled materials and am still happy with it overall!

Loved the color and the fit was almost perfect. I just wanted a bit longer length.

Nice for rainy days

The jacket seems too peach color for me, but nice and light. Good for hiking and wet weather. I only wear in late spring and early fall, so I size down to fit snug. It's big difference between XS and S. If you wanna wear fleece inside,you may choose the regular size or size up.

Excellent quality Exact size Very comfortable

I really like this jacket. The off-white/tan color combo is great, and I've already gotten several compliments on that. I felt the need to buy a large (even though I can usually wear a small, and when I size up, and medium is plenty big). But based on reviews, I bought a large so I can comfortably lay er with a fleece or hoodie, so it would be long enough in the sleeves and back, and I'm so glad I did. I'm 5'7" 135 lbs, so with the large, it's pretty baggy. The jacket hangs straight and isn't really tapered at all, which I would prefer for a better fit. These are just my preferences, tho. It's a great jacket and looks nice. Haven't tried it in wet weather yet.

I treated myself to this jacket since I was looking for something for wet weather. It is thin so I can also layer if I wanted to. I like to wear it w a light sweater during brisk weather in NY. I have not worn it in heavy rain so I can not judge if it is waterproof. I like the attached hood because I do not like carrying umbrellas in misty/light rain. I am also a NYC commuter so it fits nicely in my tote bag w/o the bulk if it gets too warm. I got it in navy because I wanted something different rather the typical black. I took one star away for the "crunchiness" of the material and it ran small. I bought it in a medium for wiggle room in case I layered but it fits like a small --I'm usually a small too. It's a nice purchase for travel.

Does what it is supposed to do. Lightweight rain gear that I also use as wind breaker.

I absolutely love this jacket. It provides great protection from the wind and wet while hiking. The color is great, and it fits exactly as it was advertised. I like how it is a slim fit, but not clingy.
