I think this is super adorable! It's still packaged up as I purchased it quite some time again and am saving it to give to my youngest adult daughter for her upcoming Birthday, so she can have it for spring!

Not bulky, very light weight. You can layer on top of a sweater. I would size up because it does feel a bit snug. The pockets are kind of high up so you want to size up otherwise the pockets don't feel normal and can't really be used
