Excellent lightweight rain jacket/windbreaker. Good styles and I like that it's a little longer than many other rain jackets. Good travel jacket. Runs true to size. The only feature that's lacking is two-way zipper.

This jacket is great in the rain! It repels water instantly and keeps the wind from getting in. The only reason I gave 4 starts is the hood. It doesn't sufficiently cover the forehead.

Bought to replace my old one in this same style , but the sizing seems a bit skimpier and the material seems a bit thinner. Still a cute coat that will keep the rain off, and I do love the Carolina blue color!

Extra Large fit like a medium, I was originally buying a few sizes up so I can fit sweatshirts under it, I had to return and buy again only now in an XXL

Great protection in the wind and rain. Folds up nicely for travel.

Took this jacket to the rain forest in Costa Rica and it kept me dry! I thought the outside got pretty wet but inside was dry. I did get pretty hot wearing it but CR is hot. I know it is going to be a good jacket.

This is a completely waterproof shell. It has pit zips, zippered outer pockets, a chest pocket, and two long inside pockets. I got this for my daughter primarily because it has pit zips for ventilation. She does not wear it because it is too thin to wear alone and too small to fit over warmer clothing. She would normally wear a small jacket. I should have purchased a medium or large and considered it as an outer shell only.

The material feels this and I'm not sure if it will last long. It does keep me dry but it just doesn't feel sturdy. The quality is not the same as before.

Fit is perfect, looks good. Just wish it did not have Velcro to conceal the zipper, sometimes it catches on certain pieces of clothing.

I love the features but the fit is a bit off; a little large at the waist and a little snug at the hips. But beautiful color!

I use this jacket to keep the sun from hitting my neck or arms since I have sensitive skin and break out with eczema easily. I love the jacket because it's lightweight and perfect for what I need for.

Instead of the traditional mesh lining, it has a cheap plastic-feeling, gray lining that sticks to my bare skin when wearing a tshirt. Unless you zip it all the way up to your chin, the ugly gray lining is visible, completely ruining the look! The lining should be the same color as the jacket.

Love the Alta Vista! Why? It has a zipped chest pocket as well as zipped hand pockets (very hard to find in Womens' rain jackets), it's light but sturdy, and it comes in XXL, which is great for layering over puffy jackets. Perfect for Maine weather, when you always need to carry a rain jacket no matter what season it is. The green camo is great--cool but not loud--and the black is my go-to for all occasions. The only other feature I'd add is a second zipped pocket on the inside. With secure room for keys or fob, wallet, phone, and Epipen, who needs to be encumbered by a pocketbook?

I bought this mainly to have folded up in my backpack for when it unexpectedly rains on my bike adventures/commute and/or running in the rain. Anything with ventilation (even rain jackets) is a huge plus for me as I sweat easily. I like how it fit--not too tight and not like I'm wearing a bag. Haven't had it for long, so we'll see how long it will last. The one thing I didn't like, is when I wear a sleeveless shirt under, my sweaty shoulders and arms will kind of stick to the inside of the rain jacket as this jacket does not have the mesh lining.

I got this to replace my wonderful Adventure jacket from years ago. It was the most versatile item of clothing I have ever owned. I was beyond excited to see that this is the same jacket but with a few awesome updates, like an added chest zip pocket & the velcro flap has been removed from the front. This is a wonderful jacket for rain or as a layer for walks/hikes. Worth every penny even if it only lasts half as long as my other one although I see it lasting just as long!
