I like the quality of the fabric, but the size runs very small. My boy is 10, but is tall, so I usually buy a size 12 for him. I bought the size 16 and it is very, very tight on him. He will only be able to use the pjs this season, as they barely fit.

I got a pair for my eight year old and they are too small. He's a big kid but he's six and I bought the 8. Don't have this issue with other brands. The fabric is great and the design is super cute; we would have loved to add these to our rotation.

I expected much higher quality on these expensive pajamas. My toddler wore them once and they already have a small hole on the leg. I don't know how it got there but none of her other cotton pajamas have this problem.

Bought a size 14 - the top ran too small - more like a size 10.

Bought these for my son (age 11, 5'2", 110lbs) and they fit well and are super soft. However, within 2 months developed a hole in one knee. Feel like the fabric is too thin and fades/doesn't hold up after numerous washes. He is not particularly hard on them and wears different pjs frequently so it's not from overuse. He's also 11 so not like he is crawling/sliding around on knees. Disappointing and not sure I want to pay the shipping back to return as $6.95 to return and bought them on sale. LL Bean should offer free shipping back on defective products.

I bought several patterns and sizes in these. Nice fabric, not as thick as Hanna's which is what I was looking for. The problem lies in the sizing and super slim fit. I know these are suppose to be tight fitting and ordered 2 sizes up for both my kids. BUT, they were still way too narrow and too much fabric in the length. Also, the size 8 (in more than one pattern so I know it wasn't a fluke) was smaller and shorter than the 6X/7. Was really hoping these would work. Someone needs to corner the market on the organic cotton pj's, not too thick, and made for regular sized kids not super skinny string beans. My boys are very average and could not wear these.

I purchased these pajamas as a gift for my grandson. He wore them after Christmas and soon they lost their color and developed a hole in the knee. They hardly represent the quality of items I have purchased from LL Bean in the past.

Way too tight on my grandson who is very slight. These pjs run too tight.

The pants are fine for my 7 year old daughter who is a little on the small size - she'll be able to grow with these and probably wear them for 2 years. But the shirt was weirdly made. The armpits and sleeves were so tight she was in pain just wearing it even without moving around, but the sleeves were several inches too long and the shirt barely covered her belly. I can't imagine a child that this would fit. They need to be redesigned to be much more comfortable, to be able to be worn without pain not just sitting still but also being able to raise arms up over your head which is frankly impossible the way it is sized right now.

My children is 10 years old, she is slim, 5 feet, 75 lbs only, but the size 14 pajamas are too small for her. The sleeves are very tight just like for 6 year old kids! I return the pajamas immediately.
