I typically wear a 10N in athletic shoes (my feet are narrow and low volume), and I read that these run narrow, so I thought I'd give them a try. Overall, the width was fine, and there was generally plenty of extra length, but the toe box sort of cuts in or narrows right at the big toe, so the toe touches the side of the shoe. It's a strange design choice, because otherwise the toe box is roomy enough. Unfortunately, they will have to go back.

These shows felt much smaller. I usually wear size 10 and ordered 10.5 but did not have enough room on the toes.

I bought these to replace my beloved Ultra Raptors that were completely used and abused for two years. For my last pair, I sized up a half size, from my usual 8 to an 8.5 (40), which was a perfect fit for my narrow feet. This new pair I did the same and they felt way too big. Much roomier than the last pair. I haven't tried my usual size 8 yet, but I'm guessing this version fits true to size vs. the last iteration of Ultra Raptor that required a size up.

I read reviews saying these shoes were too narrow. That's perfect for my feet. I have had trouble with my foot twisting in a B-width shoe when trying to hike on uneven surfaces. I am confident these will work for me. I ordered a half-size up.

Everything was fine. I just did not like the color after I saw it in person.

These feel good but haven’t hiked yet. Slight concern about the Achilles tendon area, but I think they will be great!

I ordered a wide! I have widish toe box and narrow heel. These are the oddest cut of a shoe, I have ever experienced!! So narrow towards toes they cut inward. I’d say these are narrower at toes than previous ultra raptors in regular width from a few years back!! Poor design!!!
