Easy to pitch. Loved the inside pickets to keep your electronics off the ground. Works great without rainfly.

I deliberated between a ton of tents. More research time than I'd like to admit. But for the cost, function, and purpose, I went with the Storm Break 3. I bought this for a section hike on the Appalachian Trail with my daughter. I'm 6'2 and she's 5'3. I carried the main and the poles, she carried the fly. It worked very well to split the weight. The two side openings and vestibules are great. We were very comfortable sleeping with both packs (55L and 45L) and our two 50lbs Vizslas (dogs) inside with us. Way roomier than expected. I am going to buy a second for when my wife and other daughter go with us.

I had an old Northface tent that could not be repaired, and Northface honored my lifetime warranty. I got this tent as a replacement. I have to admit at first I felt like it was much flimsier than my old tent. As I was using it though I noticed it was lighter, faster to put together and the zipper could be unzipped with one hand. So far I am happy with it.

Absolutely love this tent. Super quick and easy for one person to set up. Love the interior pockets. Love the rain fly and options for tying it back. I haven't have any trouble with the zippers like some people have mentioned. Love the color too!

Absolutely bomber just got back from the Wind Rivers and this tent performed phenomenally. It's a bit heavy (5.8lbs) but worth the extra weight. I didn't have any problems that others have called out regarding the flys or stakes. They worked fine out of the box. Bought the compatible ground cover, and all in all the combination was perfect. Rain, strong winds etc this thing handles it. Despite torrential downpours, never cold or wet inside. Perfect for 2 plus an absurd amount of overpacked gear.

Use Stormbreak 3 from spring to fall and it is fantastic. I am a homeless man and make the best of my situation. It makes for an awesome shelter through all weather conditions till first snowfall. I did stay in the tent a little longer with the help of 2 heated Milwaukee jackets and a couple sleeping bags. Would recommend this tent to all campers, hikers, etc. Thank you, Dave

Only used the tent once. Held up in the rain. I like how the rain fly attaches. I do not like how the doors roll up, they kind of just hang sloppy. Its a 3 person tent but just barely. Enough room for myself, my wife and our baby. Our last 3 person fit our dog as well. Doesn't seem very sturdy quality but time will tell. It is a very light weight tent. Stakes included are junk and no bag for the tent poles. I got a good deal on it and that's the only reason I would recommend it.

Just used this tent for a backpacking trip through Yosemite, perfect size for my friend and I to be comfortable throughout our hike. Only downside is there is no way to roll up secure the door of the tent. It also has good storage pockets inside the tent and good loops to hang lighting.
