I love that I can have a ponytail and wear my bucket hat while on hikes. Best idea ever.

Great hat, works well for big hair and big heads. Minus 1 star because the website and mobile site were janky - crashed and froze several times before I could finally place an order. Customer service is lacking. The customer service email (tnfsupport@vfc.com) bounced back! I wanted to cancel or adjust my order immediately after I clicked, and it was not possible via chat because orders are processed "immediately."

Cool hat with interesting design to avoid overheating. Wish it had a strap that goes under the chin, but otherwise enjoy it!

It's ok for summer but if your bald on top when buying for a guy not so much

Good for hiking in full sun, even in black. White logo on black, garish! (I colored mine with a sharpie to make it stand down visually.) Smaller logo/alternate placement would improve style and applicability. Could use chin strap. Unbelievable that an outdoor soft hat is NOT fully washable. Material is rough. Sweatband on the white version would lengthen use.

Horrible app!! Hat was small. Returned and still waiting for my refund for more than a month. Very disappointed in this brand!! Hopefully they respond to this comment.

Do not buy. Buy a vucket instead
