I work outside all day at a COVID testing site and need to wear a mask. The mask tan I developed has been driving me insane, so I've been looking for something to protect the sides of my face, so I can avoid wearing a gaiter (breaks me out). This hat has been heaven-sent. I will say, i read all the other reviews and agree that if your head is on the bigger side of things, yeah this will probably be snug. I have a short pixie cut so it worked out perfectly for me, I even had to adjust it a little. The material is durable, and the color perfectly matched my navy scrubs. I'm quite the sweaty lady and can confidently say this hat helped keep me cool. I'm looking to buy more colors in the future and definitely recommend. Oh also someone else said they wished they made this hat for women- yo, this hat is definitely unisex. 5 stars

Cool retro style and idea of sun protection. Flap is 1/2 inch too short to cover entire neck and leaves a strip of skin exposed at top of shirt. Makes me question if anyone wear tests these designs or it's just measurements on a piece of paper. It's not as functional as it should be. On a humid day, that hat doesn't feel like it breathes and I sweat a whole bunch more than my full circle brim style sun hats. On a dry heat day it's nice. It works well under a helmet for my Onewheel rides. Overall it's nice quality, but I need to modify the back flap and add length for actual sun protection. I wear 7 1/2 inch fitted hat and this hat fit me snug. I popped a few stitches but it still fits on smaller side. If I paid retail I would be bummed. Half price with my rewards bucks takes away some of that sting.

Dope hat, got this for my wife but wound up keeping it, great fit,great materials and cool print, great for keeping the sun off ya on the feet, bike or kayak!!

Great looking hat that provides expanded protection from the sun. I wear this hat to the beach and on hikes. Offers good size adjustability and the chin string comes in handy on windy days. Hat also dries fast. Would buy it again.

Bought this hat for a last minute trip to the beach and light trail running. Good for protecting from the sun, wind, and bugs . Also easy to fit in a jacket pocket if no longer wanting to wear!!!

I live in a desert area of Southern California and with the extreme heat and this hat has helped me with the harsh sun exposure. Keeps the direct sunlight and heat off of me while not overheating me like a regular hat that isnt uv resistant. Really like the hat wish they had some for kids or women so I can get some for my family.

I've been playing sports outside and hiking in this hat. Keep that heat off quite well.

Purchased this sunshield hat specifically to protect my neck from getting burned while working in the yard. I've warn this a few times under the blazing sun and so far no sun burn!

Looks and feels and fits greaat!! I like the adjustable chin strap that you can adjust and it will keep the hat on when then wind is blowing. Best of all , I am susceptible to skin cancer and this has a UVP 40 so it is what my dermatologist recommended; and I can feel the flap cover cools my ears and back of the neck as it protects me at the same time.

Use this thing everyday in the beating sun of North Dakota, saves my neck and provides me some sun shelter in a place where there rarely is any. Great hat.

Does what it's descrobed to do! Blocks all sun from tour face and definitely a must have if yoh are going to be outside all summer! Lightweight too!

I love how the hat is so light and compact. Idk what kinda molds y'all use but it fit perfectly molded to my noggin. The flap reminds me of a durag, so it's valid.

It was for me but it's slightly too small for my gigantic melon of a head. Love the style and feel. If it was just a little bigger I would still be wearing it. But it fits my son like it was meant for him.

Hat was really small not very adjustable I like it besides that it's lightweight and looks like a regular hat basically but meant for someone with no hair or a small head

Decent product. Wish the tail was a bit longer, and wish the hat itself was slightly larger. The one-size clearly wont fit all heads
