I love this hat. So many cool colors, I had a hard time picking one. Very happy with it. I spend time with my husband fishing & it keeps my head cool & the sun off. I recommend for anyone who is outside a lot. I'm thinking about another one, but I'll never be able to pick one

My head size is apparently right in between the two North Face hat sizes, so this fits a little big on me - falls down over the tops of my ears - but I figure that's better than too tight, which could cause headaches. The color is attractive and the fit is comfortable overall.

I got my boyfriend and myself one of these hats for Bay to Breakers, basically for sun protection. I really appreciate that there are sizes to these because my boyfriend's head does not really fit the "One Size Fits Most" category. I got him the Large one and it still fits him on the tight side, but he was still comfortable. I also like the prints and the colors so it came out perfectly for a His and Hers thing. My boyfriend actually got compliments on his hat during the run, so that's cool. I also liked that these hats have chin strings. It was a particularly windy day in SF and a lot of head gear from the other participants got blown off, but ours stayed put. So, overall, I liked the hats because they do their jobs, and they're pretty, too. Can't wait to test these babies when we go to Alaska for some fishing, hiking, and bears.

So cool and fresh

Cool hat, crazy pattern. The L/XL is pretty big though, I don't have a small head and it's oversized on me. That said it will do its job and block the sun so if that's what you're looking for this is a great buy

I was so excited to order this hat but when I received it I was disappointed to find out that it's not adjustable so it's too big for my little head. Otherwise it's beautifully made and I wish I could wear it!

Nice hat, but too large size on L

Hat is good, but I have some problem. Range of Size available seem to be a problem. S/M , L/XL. Concerned that S/M can be too small, I order L/XL....Now it seems too loose. The strap can help keeping the hat on a windy day. May be too loose is better than too tight , so I am keeping what I ordered. It would be better for more people if sizes are in more range like S ,M, L, XL for better fit.

Color was closer to pink than red.

Didn't realize how wide the brim was on this hat. Turns out its a foot wide. Wouldm't have bought it if I knew that before hand as it doesn't state that on the site here. Otherwise its a good sun hat

Great hat.

This hat is super cute and lightweight but unfortunately even the S/M was too big for me and there is no adjusting cord for the crown of the hat. For reference my head measures about 21.5" or so. I wish all Northface hats came in this many cute colors!
